One thing I dislike was the house lizards in the backyard which is common in Miami - you will see them everywhere in Miami. Overall, great place to stay and most things are within walking distance. My friend and I walked to and from our B&B. Highly recommended."

THINGS TO NOTE:
OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 2 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 4 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

AIR MATTRESS: Upon request and for a fee, we provide a cozy high quality 22 inch queen-size air mattress with fresh linens, as well as additional towels, and other amenities. Only an air mattress confirmed at time of reservation is guaranteed.

PARKING: There is no parking on the premises, however there is meter parking in the area as well as paid parking lots.

GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Miami to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.

SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

💬 Guest Access & Support

You’ll have full access to the suite and hotel pools. I’m only a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
1. Any violation of the house rules such as more guests/pets coming than expected, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
2. We can provide early check-in before 3 pm or late check-out after 11 am upon availability. An extra fee of $40 will be applied for the extra time of stay.
3. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
4. Smoking inside the property will result in $400 fumigation fee.
5. For any issues or complaints, we will try to resolve them within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds.

We know you are coming to Miami to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party's; policy.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.
