We are "Harmony Acres" Naples newest B&B. We call this Florida Country. We are located on a private dead end road with 5 acres of land. The property is 12 miles to the beaches of Marco Island and Naples.
If you like to golf, there are two public golf courses within one mile of the house. One of the courses, The Links of Naples offers nighttime golf.
If you come to explore the everglades, then this is the place. We are 20 miles from the Everglades Nation Park where you can hike, bike, kayak. You can take an airboat tour. or get to ride on a swamp buggy. Wildlife abounds.
Shopping and the major restaurants are located just six miles from the house. There are several outlet malls nearby.

NOW A LITTLE ABOUT YOU ROOM
Your room is the Palm Room. It is our favorite room. There is lots of natural wood on the walls and ceiling creating a warm atmosphere. The room is flooded with sunlight in the morning. There is a private bathroom with a large shower. It is furnished with a queen sized bed and we can add an air mattress if needed to accommodate an additional adult or child for $10 per night. What renters like about this room is it that you are just a few steps from the patio and pool.

NOW ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This is a farm like atmosphere. We have Chickens, Ducks, a Cat and a Parrot. It very quiet except you may hear the rooster crow in the morning. Our visitors like to sit by the duck pond or relax by the pool and soothe their muscles in the hot tub. Whatever you like this is the place to kick back and relax.
We have bikes for your use at no charge. We also have kayaks for rent at a very reasonable rate.

This house is the perfect location for you to get the tastes of Southwest Florida you deserve. I have put my heart and soul into this house so you may get the vacation you been dying for. No matter where you are traveling from Southwest Florida international airport is only 26 miles from your oasis. This house lives husband and wife, and mother in law.. all over 50 years old, we all 3 work most of 8 hours per day. you will share 1 bath with husband and wife. and 3 bedroom is only a mile away from beautiful Bonita beach, just a quick bike ride west. Up to 1 people can fit comfortably in this house, but there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for your convenience and room comes with a convertible extendable queen/ twin size day bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen that's will make it easier to cook up that fresh Florida fish you just caught. Take your dinner under stars and cook it up on one of our grills, we have either electric or charcoal. Then enjoy your food under some tiki lights and music. As the night takes over observe the stars from the hammock and relax in the beach breeze.
There is many new adventures within walking distance of this rental. Just on the corner are amazing bistro's and wine bars. Just a half mile east of the house is Safari mini golf, put your family up to it and see who comes out on top. Test your luck at the Bonita- Fort Myers dog track and casino, offering 24/7 live tables. At the beach you can give your hand a try at volleyball or rent a jet ski and take a ride on the wild side. Take a night out on the beautiful Billion dollar city of Naples, it is only a few short miles away. Naples offers a beautiful downtown food and shopping district as well as Mercato shopping center that is only 7.1 miles away from the house. After a hot day in the Florida sun you can stop by royal scoop homemade ice cream for a delicious treat, it's only 1.3 miles aways from home.

Only a short car ride will take you to all the beautiful islands, Florida has to offer. You have fort Myers Beach, Sanibel island, Marco island, Estero island, and Cape Coral. These islands offer the very best of Florida to explore, along with Florida state park like wiggin-delnor state beach, Lover keys state park, big cypress swamp sanctuary and . There is everything from fine dining to swimming with dolphins. Take the scenic route down Bonita Beach road to Fort Myers beach and see what Florida has to offer. Go down the road to Sweetwater adventures and learn how to catch deep water fish and take them home to grill up in the backyard.

We are only 10 minutes from the interstate highway with all the international cities close by, Miami is an hour and half away 137 miles, Tampa is 2 hours away 152 miles, Orlando is 3 hours away 178 miles and Tallahassee is 6 hours away 418 miles.

NORTH & SOUTH DETAILS (4 bed Duplex):
The duplex guest house is split evenly down the middle with two near exact mirrored spaces. Each half of the home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, and a kitchenette. Each side is equipped with the same amenities as the other. The only difference is the interior decorating and the flooring style. The South has a very helpful non-slip tile for those who prefer the extra safety. Whereas the North has a beautiful mirroring effect to the tile which elevates its formal aesthetic. Both suites have low profile showers that allow those with accessibility needs to shower with ease.

EXTERIOR: The North and South have their own mirrored seating areas which include a personal fire pit, charcoal grill, and a large pergola separating both halves to encourage the option for privacy or intermingling. The Souths outdoor seating area feels slightly larger than the North since the North suite has a natural island with a palm tree that provides shade. All suites are welcome to use the kayaks under your own supervision and will. Please place all kayaks, paddles, and life vests back where you found them.

Kayaks are available for our private use but you are welcome to use them for your enjoyment under your own liability and risk. The property is less than 10 minutes away from Picayune Strand State forest.

Wildlife & Safety:
We have a very friendly outdoor dog within the property named Atticus. He is a German Sheppard mixed and is trained to keep wildlife off of the property. You will occasionally see deer in the early mornings if Atticus has not seen them first. Please do not feed or entice any wild animals and allow Atticus to do his job. The property has numerous kinds of beautiful native birds. You will hear them sing songs in the morning from ~6am-8am and again throughout the cooler times of the day. The canal has catfish as well as peacock bass. They can be timid but will typically stay put long enough for you to see them along the canals edge. We are also 5 minutes a way from Picayune Strand; helpful during hunting season.

The use of guns, bow and arrow, and other devices are not permitted within our property. This property does not allow guests to bring any pets nor animals of any kind due to dangerous wildlife in the area. Bringing an animal of any kind is against house rules and is grounds to revoke your reservation immediately without refund.

Privacy:
Out of courtesy and privacy to us, please do not get too close to the main house nor the metal shed on the property. Guests are not allowed to plug electric vehicles to any outlets on the property and may not take any flowering fruits from trees. Guests must close the gate each time upon entering and exiting the property. By booking any suites on this property, you accept all house rules listed. Breaking of any house rules are grounds to revoke your reservation immediately without refund.

Additional Details to Note:
Please note that the property is in the everglades and works off of a well that is filtered but may still appear to be off colored. This is still safe to drink and we have also included large water filters in every suite's fridge for additional filtration.
