Largo Lookout is located on a navigable canal that leads to the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy the water views and aquatic life sightings from your 2nd floor balcony. In our canal and boat slip, our guests are delighted to see manatees, dolphin, nurse sharks, baby Barracuda, plus other tropical fish such as colorful Parrot Fish, Mangrove Snapper, Sargent Major's & even the occasional Angel fish!

Largo Lookout is a pet friendly vacation rental that offers guests the opportunity to travel with their well-behaved, house-trained, non-aggressive pets. We have a few pet stay requirements and charge a reasonable, non-refundable pet fee. Just ask!

Largo Lookout has been called a "Waterfront Gem" by several of our guests. The apartment is a 2nd floor flat with lovely views of a navigable waterway that leads quickly to the Atlantic ocean. Watch boats of all shapes and sizes cruise by from your 2nd floor balcony as they cruise through the Pilot House canal. Our guests often see and hear the African Queen tour boat as she passes by.

The apartment's waterfront balcony is quite roomy and overlooks our backyard as well as 2 navigable waterways! The main canal (waterway) leads to Pilot House marina, bar and restaurant when boats are north bound, and leads to the Atlantic ocean when boats are southbound!

You will love to sit and relax on the balcony, watching as boats head to and from the ocean. You will even see manatees swim by, as well as people in kayaks and on paddle boards and jet skis as they cruise through our canal and the adjacent waterway!

You may want to bring your bicycles! There are several restaurants within walking / biking distance of Largo Lookout including: Skippers, The Pilot House, High Tide Diner, Key Largo Fisheries & Backyard Café, just to name a few! And, there's a nearby community park with tennis courts and swimming center with several pools that you can drive or bike to. Fee applies. Also located at the park are tennis courts, walking path and green spaces. Pet owners often walk their pets along the park's walking paths.

Located in the heart of Key Largo, A206 offers the perfect vacation package. Whether you plan to fish or dive on your next visit to the Keys, you will find these exceptional accommodations first class and affordable. The grounds alone offer a wide variety of activities to ensure your stay is never lacking excitement. Our building is ELEVATOR accessible.

The space
The unit offers a larger living area than neighboring condos. Due to our location of not having a waterfront view, we wanted to make sure our guests were able to feel relaxed and have a larger space for friends and family. We extended our living room to provide more space and a large comfortable sofa with lounge seats for guests. This larger living room allows our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo to fit 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a KING bed and the 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed. We have 3 smart TV’s so bring you favorite APPs. The unit does not provide a balcony but guests may use the clubhouse observation deck or marina benches to enjoy outdoor seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, accessories and kitchenware to ensure you have everything you might need for a nice home cooked meal.
Our home office is one of our favorites. Enjoy your favorite book in our wide papasan chair or get some extra work done with our high speed wifi. An office printer is provided.
The condo is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer as well as a drying rack for any delicates.

Our condo is near the elevator so our guests do not have to take the stairs or walk very far to access our unit. We have one private assigned parking spot but there are guest parking slots around the buildings.

The clubhouse is located near both the beach and the pool. It offers a wide-screen tv with plenty of lounging space; full kitchen which includes an oven, stove, air fryer, microwave, cookware, and refrigerator/ full freezer; foosball and ping-pong table; and separate women and men's restroom/shower.


A boat slip is NOT included with the rental of this unit. Accommodations can be made, and additional fees will apply.

The space
Unlike most Airbnb rentals, your hotel room is totally private with an outside door for access. It is not part of someone's home and you are not sharing any personal facilities. You have your own private bathroom and you control your private air conditioning. There is no smoking permitted inside our unit. You are permitted to smoke outside, at the Beach or on one of our lounge chair areas, including our Fire Bowl area. We provide you with clean linens and towels in your unit prior to your arrival. Pets are not permitted. Please do not light or burn candles or have any open flame inside. We have a Laundromat and bag Ice is sold on the premises.

We maintain an Office on the premises that is open from 830am to 530pm every day except Tuesdays and Sundays. We have ramp and boat slips on property please inquire in advance for availability, price and size limitations. Our docks, and beach areas are for the use and enjoyment of all of our guests. If you check in after hours, there is a mail box on the office door that will have our check in map for location and key.
