- "This was our second time at this property (different unit). We love this location and love how quiet it is. Plenty of parking and the water view can’t be beat. This unit has a great view and was very clean. You are 3 doors down from the water! The bed was a firm (in our opinion and not comfy) but we loved having 2 ceiling fans in unit. The bathroom was a little strange. It has a incline to enter and I worried I would trip in the middle of the night coming out. The shower has glass but only part of the way up and there is no lip to the shower so water kinda got everywhere. I don’t know if this was a handicap accessibility feature or just a weird design."

Right by a small beach and a nice pool. The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only addition that would have been useful would be a couple of beach chairs that we could borrow for when we went out and about. I have scored the 'Check in process' as only 2 stars because I was not happy to have to sign a Waiver before we were allowed on the property or gain the door access code. This felt very concerning to us but we had no choice but to sign. Otherwise the check in was very simple."

Inside the condo you will find high end finishes, locally purchased island decor from the Florida Keys, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are stunning ocean views from every room!
The primary bedroom features a large king bed, premium bedding purchased here in the Florida Keys and an attached bathroom with tiled shower and luxurious feel. There is a TV in the bedroom, closet and dresser for your comfort!
The secondary bedroom features two double beds with premium bedding, two dressers and a TV. There is access to the second full bathroom directly outside the door!
We have a full kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience. When its time to eat, there is an island that seats 3 and also a table that seats 4. Because it is our home away from home, we have done our very best to stock the kitchen with everything you might need from dishes, silverware, pots, pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker and more!
We also have towels provided. As well as beach towels.
Our incredible condo has a variety of amenities including a private beach just for the condos and sparkling pool right on the property.
Because we love the beach and assume you do too, we have stocked the condo with helpful items such as beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles and more. Our condo is on the third floor - which maximizes the incredible views but please note there is not an elevator.
We provide cable tv and free WIFI.
The island of Key Colony Beach is called the gem of the Florida Keys for good reason! Within walking/biking distance there are several amazing restaurants, an ocean front park for enjoying the sunset, playgrounds, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts and shopping. Just a few minutes away in a car, in Marathon you will find even more fine dining and activities.
There is also coin laundry- washers and dryers available near the pool area which is just outside our building.

Sea Isle is a low density condo community with only 36 condos in the entire property. There are 3 buildings and our building is the closest to the ocean and the third floor.
You can walk to Sunset park just a block over and be a part of the famous Key Colony Beach Sunset on the pier or at the park.
Paddle boards, kayaks and bikes are available for rent through excellent local companies.
Sea Isle Condos are professionally managed by an on-site management team. Once your booking is confirmed, guests will receive a welcome email from the on-site management team with information as well as a rental agreement which must be signed and returned by the guests. Guests who do not return signed rental agreement are subject to cancellation. We have a dedicated parking space just for our guests labeled #9. There are also guest spaces as well.
To maximize your stay in the Florida Keys you will want to have a car to get around the different areas in Marathon or to take a day trip to Key West.
To get around Key Colony Beach, many guests love to walk or bicycle down to Sunset Park to check out the incredible Sunset or walk or bike to restaurants.
Sea Isle Condos are a low density condo community with just 36 condos spread across 3 buildings. Our condo is right at the front by the beach!! Please note our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator.

The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!" - "Key Colony was our final destination on a 10 day road trip from New Orleans. The unit is small and a bit dated, but very clean and well kept. The kitchen is small but very practical and we had what we needed. The queen beds are large and comfy. We were 2 adults and 2 teens ( 6ft tall) and were able to fit nicely for our 4 night stay. We didn't use the beach, we ventured out to Sombrero beach (excellent), Key West and Bahia Honda Park. The boys enjoyed to pool. The location is great, close to very good restaurants and on dock eateries. It was quiet and pleasant. The AC and dehumidifier are great, clean towels, hair dryer and straightener is a big plus for me, no smells, no insects, no leaks. All in all great stay, will definitely stay and again and recommend! Thank you!!"

Minimum Rental Period: Key Colony Beach zoning requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights, and no exceptions can be made.


Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.


No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking while on the premises.


No Pets: HOA strictly prohibits pets on the premises to maintain a pet-free environment for all guests.

The space
Condo #9 offers 180 degree OCEAN VIEWS!! There are ocean views from every window! The front of our building is the ocean and the back is the pool! You can't get much better for a location!

Inside the condo you will find high end finishes, locally purchased island decor from the Florida Keys, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are stunning ocean views from every room!

The primary bedroom features a large king bed, premium bedding purchased here in the Florida Keys and an attached bathroom with tiled shower and luxurious feel. There is a TV in the bedroom, closet and dresser for your comfort!

The secondary bedroom features two double beds with premium bedding, two dressers and a TV. There is access to the second full bathroom directly outside the door!

We have a full kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience. When its time to eat, there is an island that seats 3 and also a table that seats 4. Because it is our home away from home, we have done our very best to stock the kitchen with everything you might need from dishes, silverware, pots, pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker and more!

We also have towels provided. As well as beach towels.

The condo has incredible 180 degree ocean views from the balcony and has gorgeous ocean views from every single window. You honestly can not get much closer to the water unless you are in a boat!

Our incredible condo has a variety of amenities including a private beach just for the condos and sparkling pool right on the property.

Because we love the beach and assume you do too, we have stocked the condo with helpful items such as beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles and more. Our condo is on the third floor - which maximizes the incredible views but please note there is not an elevator.

We provide cable tv and free WIFI.

The island of Key Colony Beach is called the gem of the Florida Keys for good reason! Within walking/biking distance there are several amazing restaurants, an ocean front park for enjoying the sunset, playgrounds, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts and shopping. Just a few minutes away in a car, in Marathon you will find even more fine dining and activities.

There is also coin laundry- washers and dryers available near the pool area which is just outside our building.

This condo is also professionally managed by the on-site Sea Isle Office.

Sea Isle is a low density condo community with only 36 condos in the entire property. There are 3 buildings and our building is the closest to the ocean and the third floor.

You can walk to Sunset park just a block over and be a part of the famous Key Colony Beach Sunset on the pier or at the park.

Paddle boards, kayaks and bikes are available for rent through excellent local companies.

Sea Isle Condos are a low density condo community with just 36 condos spread across 3 buildings. Our condo is right at the front by the beach!! Please note our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator. We also recommend purchasing trip/travel insurance.

The main level has an open concept and includes the oceanfront living room with balcony, dining area, kitchen and breakfast bar, WFH space, laundry area, guest bedroom with balcony and guest bath. The upper level has the primary suite with balcony and guest bedroom suite.

Guest access
Amenities are reserved for owners and guests staying on property, which include an oceanfront pool and hot tub, fishing pier, sports court, small swimming beach, and two gas grilling areas. Our pier fishing license covers anyone fishing from our pier.

Other things to note
Key Colony Point is an oceanfront 31-unit condominium complex on over 3-acres on the charming key of Key Colony Beach. All of our units have unobstructed open water views and access to all of the property amenities. All of our units come fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, etc and full kitchens. We generally rent Saturday to Saturday and we do not allow pets.
