Experience the best of both worlds with our 3-bedroom unit nestled between Downtown Miami and the Florida Keys, right in the tranquil heart of Saga Bay. This first-floor suite has its own private entrance, offering peace and privacy inside. While the backyard, pool, and outdoor areas are shared, they’re spacious and thoughtfully arranged, so everyone can unwind comfortably—many guests even find they have the whole space to themselves. We also have five sweet, friendly outdoor cats who love lounging in the yard and might say hello during your stay. They’re part of the home’s charm, but rest assured, they stay outdoors. Other things to note
Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, so we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking, underage drinking, loud music, or hosting parties. Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no visitors or unapproved guests are permitted during your stay. This is a duplex home, and while you’ll have private access to the entire downstairs unit, the backyard and pool area are shared. We have five friendly outdoor cats who live on the property and may greet you in the yard, so we don’t recommend booking if you have cat allergies. There’s no washer or dryer inside the unit, but we offer a wash-and-fold laundry service for $10 per load. For longer stays, we provide complimentary weekly towel and linen refreshes. With Miami International Airport only 25 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport 50 minutes away, your journey to and from our duplex is effortless, thanks to our smart, keyless entry system.

No-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10:00 PM are enforced. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
