78' Stardust houseboat Located at the Waterside Suites and Marina in the heart of Key Largo you will be close to shopping and nightlife. Queen size bed in back Master Suite and one Queen size in the other bedroom, two queens in Bunkhouse, also full kitchen with all appliances. Facilities include pool, washer and dryer and ice machine at hotel.
Base rates are for double occupancy, one bedroom, additional fees for extra guests and bedrooms.

The boat does not leave the dock. There is not docking for another boat on/next to the houseboat. There is no fishing from the marina dock or houseboat.

We are renting our comfortable 33 Searay boat!! it is located in a beautiful cove approx. 3/4 mi out from the base marina. Our boat has 1 front stateroom with queen bed and 1 back stateroom with full bed , 1 bathroom (Porta-potty) with stand up shower,( not heated ) kitchen, dinner table, and all the amenities that a house can offer. The boat has a quiet inverter generator that runs the appliances, and ac. we supply 8hrs run time/ day. Coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, linens, bath and beach towels (coffee, tea, sugar & water included). A double kayak is included , or to make back/forth easier, and exploring lots of fun, we rent motorized dinghy's!! (please see pics for options- dinghy's are recommended highly). Here you can use the bathrooms and shower facilities and laundry machines (fee). We would like to mention that if your high maintenance, or expecting the Hilton, well, you would probably be better off at the Hilton) This adventure has proven to be most satisfying for kids 55 and under:)
We live in the marina and we are available at all the times you need us. We do PRIVATE fishing Charters, dolphin, sunset, snorkeling, beach picnic day, sandbar, restaurants, romantic night getaway and tour around Key Largo at a fraction of the cost of most charters in the area. Half & full day boats rentals for very reasonable prices too!!.

Restaurants & bars, Gilbert's and Shipwrecks are nearby for great food, live bands and watching amazing sunsets and dolphins in car or by water!

Ever wonder what its really like? At anchor, in a quiet cove, perhaps dolphins in the morning. Some say its "living the dream". Come join us and find out for yourself.
The yacht DOES NOT STAY TIED TO A DOCK. Each day we go cruising to different anchorages, perhaps some fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding or playing with the inflatable toys in the bay. No need to worry about sea sickness. All cruising is on the bay side protected by the barrier islands, not on the atlantic ocean.
Our home is a 55 foot Californian cockpit motor yacht. Built in 1991 we lovingly maintain her ourselves,(mostly).She has 3 staterooms, 3 heads, a large salon and sundeck. The galley is complete with microwave, convection oven and a full size refrigerator. There is a on board diesel generator and portable back-up, plenty of power to run the air conditioning and all appliances simultaneously. Note: We do not leave the AC running during the day. Our guest are typically enjoying the outdoors and water activities.
You arrive at the dock in Key Largo mid afternoon. Not to late cause we are cruising today. We will load you and your luggage on the yacht. There will be a brief orientation of the boat and its systems. When you hear the throaty rumble of the big diesels you'll know its time to cruise. Relaxation should set in while the sun sets on the way to our first anchorage. Depending on the time of year and weather this could include some water activities. Along the way its not unusual to be joined by one or more wild dolphins surfing the big boats bow wave and wake. (12 is the record so far).We'll arrive and anchor just in time to witness a glorious sunset, most times. Boat drinks anyone? Dinner will be prepared and served on board. After that we will alternate dining out at a waterfront restaurant every other night. (guest pay for there meals) A light midday lunch is served each day.

There is nothing quite like waking up in a quiet cove aboard a private yacht. We like a morning swim around the boat. There will be fun inflatables tied off the back to relax in. Or you may want to get your tan on. The padded lounge on the bow is perfect for that. After breakfast, we head out to our next destination. That could be to have some fun snorkeling, fishing or paddle boarding. If those things don't interest you then just cruising and enjoying the sights and sounds of the Carribian of America is what we do.

Breakfast is always included. With multiple night cruises, we will alternate, first night dinner on board, next night at a waterfront restaurant and so forth. (not included in charter rate)Access to these restaurants are by inflatable tender. You must be physically able to board the tender. Here's a good way to test yourself, can you get on the floor and get up again with minimal assistance? If so you will have no issues,
There will be a light lunch each day. BOYB .There will be coolers on board filled with ice but you can bring one if you like. There are no additional fees for anything. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 12pm.

This amazing unit accommodates a total of 5 guests. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has a full + a bunk bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress.

Lot 115 is a very large lot located at the Key Largo Kampground and Marina and it is very close to both beaches and the pool.

Guest Access:
Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun.

Maggie’s houseboat features 1 bedroom, a converted loft upstairs and 1 bath. The master bedroom is downstairs along with a single bathroom. Upstairs you will find a relaxing loft (no door). This open space features a comfortable daybed with trundle that sleeps 2 comfortably. You will find plenty of books to read, VHS and DVD to watch on a 40” flat panel TV, and a wide selection of CD to listen to if all you want to do is relax. And for some further relaxation, enjoy your own nook.

Back downstairs, enjoy watching a 27” flat panel TV on a comfortable sofa. For your enjoyment, you have the option of watching cable, VHS, or DVDs. For those of you who enjoy cooking, you have a full equipped kitchen or simply use the outside BBQ grill. You can either eat outside in your private gazebo or stay inside and enjoy our dining area. You will find that our houseboat has everything you could possibly need inside and outside the house. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush and your clothes. We will handle the rest.

All vehicles and visitors must register at the office upon entering the Campground. Each reservation is authorized for one vehicle, which must obtain a decal for property access. Additionally, one golf cart and one vessel (boat up to 22 ft or Jet-ski) are allowed per reservation for an additional $25 fee. If you require an extra car, there is a $10 per day fee, and it must be parked in the assigned area with a parking pass.

No boats or jet skis will be permitted to check in on holiday weekends or mini lobster season.
No vehicle or parking or anytime / No renters boat or boat trailer parking at marina except in the 15 minute red zone for boat launching. No visitor or guest vessels or watercraft allowed at any time in the park or marina dockage area.

We have a 38 foot Sport Trek Touring Edition trailer. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and in an excellent location within the Kampground.

If you enjoy cooking then you're going to love this set up. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane flattop grill, food preparation area, outdoor refrigerator, TV with DVD player, bluetooth speakers, and a stainless steel sink! It is the ultimate entertainment space.

We have tried to achieve the "glamping" status for our guests. Curl up with a cozy blanket and watch a movie at night on the outdoor TV. Take a stroll to the beach at the end of the street or just simply hang out at the pool. If you want to get really crazy, join the locals for BINGO at the clubhouse! (only offered in the winter season).

There are boat slips for rent, a boat ramp, swimming pool, beach volleyball, basketball, bocce ball, badminton, children's playground, laundry facilities and more.

The master bedroom has a queen sized Layla memory foam mattress, a fireplace for chilly nights (we do get some cool days every once in a while!) and an en-suite bathroom. The couch has heated massage seats that recline with cup holders, an outlet and USB charging ports. There is a wireless charging pad above the fireplace in the main living area for your convenience. The kitchen is upgraded with solid surface counters, stainless steel sink and a gas stove. There is a full Calphalon pot and pan set, Ninja blender, toaster, pour over coffee, electric kettle and all the things you need to cook for your loved ones. The dinette converts into a bed.

The bunk room is in the rear and not just a fun place to sleep. There is a table for board games and another full size sofa. During the day that would be a perfect place to work from home remotely. The couch is a jack knife style which converts into a full size bed. There are three additional beds, 3 with mattress toppers as well so everyone will be very comfortable!

The windows have black out shades so if you have little ones they can nap mid-day after they've had a full morning of fun!

Each bedroom has a 32 inch wall mounted smart TV, the living room has a 40 inch as well as the outdoor entertainment area. Both 40 inch TV's are equipped with DVD players and Rokus so feel free to login to any of your own streaming accounts. The trailer has it's own high speed wifi.

There are two separate bath houses in the Kampground. They are both a short walk from the trailer and have full showers and toilets. One is located on the backside of the main office and the other is across from the clubhouse. This is great for larger groups! It allows more people to get ready at the same time, especially if you're trying to make it to your dinner reservations. That just means more time sightseeing or relaxing at the pool! While the trailer has 1.5 bathrooms this is a great bonus.

Outside of the Kampground there is every activity you could image from jetskis, to eco-tours, fan boats, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, scuba diving, para-sailing, live music, boat charters where you get to keep your catch! You can even bring it to a local restaurant where they will prepare it for you. Check out the guest book for more info on restaurants and activities.

Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles south of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting (Mile Marker 101.5 Oceanside). It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile south of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (around 7 min by car).

Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkel, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun.

KEY LARGO, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES-
Key Largo Kampground is conveniently located a few blocks away from The Tradewinds Shopping Plaza with a Publix Supermarket.

Key Largo is the first of the fabulous Florida Keys and is the self-proclaimed Dive Capital of the World.

It is home to the world's largest artificial reef, the 510-foot USS Spiegel Grove, the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the African Queen.

Everglades National Park is just a short trip away from Key Largo.

KEY LARGO KAMPGROUND AND MARINA-There are 2 small quite beaches inside the gated community where the property is located. Please note that the water at the beaches, depending on the time of the year, can be muddy and murky. There is also a sign that says “Caution: Crocodiles in the Area”. These beaches are convenient to launch kayaks/paddle boards from, or to sunbathe on the sand, but not necessarily the best for enjoying the ocean water.

Diving, snorkeling and glass-bottom boating in the clear waters of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary are fantastic experiences.

Watersport activities in Key Largo are plentiful, including fishing, kayaking and swimming with the dolphins.

Or, just relax with a tropical beverage and watch the beautiful sunsets in one of the many restaurants and bars in the area.

Key Largo, like many of the islands in the Florida Keys, is not known for its beaches. Its water is shallow, the result of a 221-mile-long coral reef system that extends from Miami to the Dry Tortugas National Park near Key West. However, there are several man-made beaches that skirt waters teeming with tropical fish.

HARRY HARRIS AND FOUNDERS
The closest beaches to Key Largo outside of John PenneKamp Coral Reef State Park are a few miles south. Harry Harris Park is at mile marker 93 between Key Largo and Islamorada. The park features a small sandy beach with a roped-off swimming area, children’s playground, boat ramp, picnic tables and restrooms. The Harry Harris Park beach is open to the public, and admission is free on weekdays. Farther south, close to mile marker 87, Founders Park offers family fun with a beach, skate park, baseball fields, and an olympic pool with a shallow section. Other amenities include picnic tables and restrooms.Anne's Beach.

ANNE'S BEACH is at mile marker 73 in Islamorada. Named for environmentalist Anne Eaton, the beach features a shallow swimming area, covered picnic tables and a quarter-mile-long wooden boardwalk connecting two small parking lots. The areas around the parking lots can be crowded, but five covered picnic pavilions farther down the boardwalk offer a bit more seclusion. Anne’s Beach fronts the Atlantic Ocean, but because of the shallow water there are gentle currents and few waves.

FAR BEACH is located at mile marker 120 inside John PenneKamp Coral Reef State Park, two sandy beaches are open to the public for a fee. The first is called Far Beach. This palm-lined, man-made sandy beach attracts sunbathers and beachcombers. The water is calm, warm and shallow, making it a good swimming spot, especially for children. A portable rollout mat called the Mobi-Mat is installed across the sand, providing wheelchair accessibility.

CANNON BEACH is located beside the fishing pier in Largo Sound is Cannon Beach, famous for its 17th century cannon mounted right on the sand, as well as remnants from a Spanish shipwreck planted in the water. Like Far Beach, Cannon Beach is man-made, but with its abundance of sealife and tropical fish, including tarpon and barracuda, the site is used frequently for snorkeling. No more than 100 feet from shore snorkelers can view the barnacle-encrusted ship’s cannons and an ancient iron anchor, among other artifacts.

The best airports to fly in to are Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Fort Lauderdale is typically cheaper than Miami. It's approximately 1.5 hours away. Miami is the closest option at about an hour away but it can sometimes be a little more pricey depending on your flights. You can rent cars at both locations so either option is very convenient for making your way down to Key Largo.

The security gate closes at 11pm. If you're leaving the property, make sure to bring the gate pass. The office is NOT 24 hours!

If for some reason you get locked out there is a security pad with a call button.

Security cameras / audio recording devices
The property has security cameras capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. VRBO requires hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest’s stay. VRBO prohibits security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas. These cameras are for security only and are only able to monitor the exterior of the property. They cannot see inside the RV.

This is one of the most sought after Kampgrounds in the Keys! It's full of families that have been vacationing here and bringing their extended families along for decades. You will be hard pressed to find someone that isn't on "Island Time". The property sits on 40 acres of nature, campsites, and activities waiting for you to enjoy. Restrooms and showers are located 30 feet from the boat in the Marina facilities. Please note, there are no working showers on the boat itself, and no hot water available onboard. The boat is equipped with a sink in the kitchen and in the restroom/head. A restroom/head (for in the middle of the night tinkle so you do not have to get off the boat to go to the restroom).

We do filter the water on the boat however we suggest that you bring bottled water to drink and to make ice with the countertop ice maker.

There is no freezer on the boat.

No cooking on the gas stove or in the gas oven inside the boat. You can cook on the gas BBQ grill on shore. The BBQ grill has a side burner for cooking with pots and pans.

No bait or fish are to be put in the refrigerators or inside the boat. Please bring your own cooler for fish and bait.

Important: Please do not remove the window coverings as they are crucial for keeping the boat cool during the warmer months.

• Cooking on the Boat:

No Gas Stove/Oven Use: The stove and oven on the boat are turned off, and no gas is connected to them. Cooking on or in this stove/oven is not allowed.

Kitchen Appliances: The boat is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pull out drawer refrigerators, Table top ice maker and a combination microwave/air fryer/convection oven. These can be used for cooking and preparing meals on the boat.

BBQ Grill: If you prefer cooking on a stove or grill, you can use the gas BBQ grill with a side burner located 20 feet away from the boat.

There is a kitchen sink and a sink in thebathroom with cold water (well Florida does not have really cold water anytime) to wash your hands and dishes. We do not recommend you drink this water. For the ice maker and drinking water we recommend bringing with you some bottled water.

Bathroom Use:

In the Middle of the Night: There is a bathroom/headon the boat, which can be used for emergencies during the night.

Daytime Use: For use during the day, the marina bathrooms are available. The website has pictures of these bathrooms for reference.

• Salon: The main salon has a dinette and dining table that can double as a work desk.

• Outdoor Top Deck: Unwind on the sun deck surrounded by the natural beauty of the Keys. It’s a perfect spot to unwind, soak in the sun, and enjoy spectacular views.

While we provide the essentials for comfort, please note this is a rustic experience. The boat is stationary in the marina, and there are no hot/cold showers or toilets on board (however, marina facilities with hot/cold showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities are within 30 feet of where the Trawler is docked.

What to Expect

• Authentic Adventure: Living on the water comes with the sounds of the ocean, occasional visits from curious fish, manatees, dolphinsand yes—bugs. Mosquitoes, no see ums and other critters are part of the Keys’ charm. We provide bug spray to help you enjoy the outdoors.

• Rustic Living: This is glamping, not luxury! The boat is clean and well-kept but retains its salty character.

Important to Note This is a unique boat living experience. To make the most of your stay:

• Expect Nature: Bugs, mosquitoes and no-see-ums are part of the Florida Keys’ charm. We provide bug spray and keep our facilities sprayed, but it’s best to pack a sense of adventure as well.

• Restrooms/Showers - Located 30 feet from "Ocean Sunrise".

• Mobility: The boat is accessed via steps and handrails, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

• NO FIRE OF ANY KIND ON BOARD. NO FLAME, NO COOKING, NO CANDLES, You could burn the whole Boat down, and you’d hate that and so would we. We are VERY serious about this rule.

• Public Marina: "Ocean Sunrise" is docked in a public waterway, so while most nights are cozy and quiet, there are boaters that will pass through and neighbors around you.

While the interior of the boat is private space and you are in a private marina, there are neighbors that will also be enjoying their spaces. This is a laid back crowd here and music and other sounds of laughter and joy may be a part of this experience.

• Smells: If you are sensitive to the smell of sea water or other boat smells, an overnight stay on a boat may not be for you

The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached

from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to

Due to the tropical climate, occasional sightings of insects (like ants or cockroaches) may occur despite regular cleaning and pest control. This is normal in the Keys and not considered grounds for a refund.

Guests must check in at the Calusa office. A $10 registration fee is required, and additional fees may apply for pets ($10), boats/jet skis ($25), and extra vehicles. A refundable security deposit may also be required by the campground.

Parking: One vehicle included. Extra vehicles may require approval and fee.

Vessel Restrictions: Boats and jet skis may be restricted on holiday weekends and during lobster mini-season.

The Lobster Shack is a luxury RV on the edge of John Pennekamp State Park. Enjoy all of the fun of camping without any of the hassles. Located in Key Largo Kampground one mile south of Pennekamp, the Lobster Shack is the perfect place to discover the wonders of the Florida Keys.

Enjoy relaxing on our outdoor deck or in the screened room attached to the deck area.

The space
Key Largo Kampground is located on 40 acres of tropical flowers and foliage, alongside the Atlantic Ocean. The warm waters of the Gulf Stream provide ideal conditions for coral reef snorkeling, scuba diving and ocean fishing. Key Largo is the state's "Dive Capital," with over 25 dive shops and charters to choose from.

The Lobster Shack is located on Lot 157. This is a large lot with plenty of tropical flora and fauna surrounding the unit. We have recently added a screened room to our outdoor area. This is a wonderful place to relax without the bugs. We have a small table in the screened room for outdoor dining. A grill is available for your use. The hot tub, unfortunately, is not working at the moment. It was damaged during the hurricane and hasn't been repaired yet.

The unit itself can comfortably sleep four adults. There is a bedroom in the back of the unit with a queen bed. In the living room, there is a futon that folds into a double bed as well as a couch.

Guest access
You will have access to the unit and everything on the lot. There is a two-man Kayak and a canoe on a rack behind the unit that you are welcome to use. The paddles for the canoe and kayak are on the rack with the boats. There is a deck box by the canoe rack that contains the seats, the life jackets, and the carts to transport the boats to the beach.

The seats and the paddles are on the kayak. In the shed, you will find a cart for transporting the kayak to the beach for launching. Life vests are also in the shed along with some masks, snorkels, and fins that are available for your use. We have two bikes that you can also use. They should be located in front of the RV under the bedroom. These bikes are outside and are not designed for long rides but are useful for getting around the park and going to the store. If the tires are out of air, you will find an air pump near the marina that you can use.

The park has a nice marina area and dock space available for keeping your boat as long as it is less than 25 feet. There is a boat ramp at the marina. You can call the campground directly to reserve a space.

The park also has a pool and a kiddie pool along with a small playground for the younger children. the park. You can sun, swim, or fish.

Other things to note
You must arrive at the campsite before 11 PM as the gate closes at 11 PM and you will not be able to get in without a clicker.

If you arrive between 8 AM and 6 PM, check in at the front office. We will have sent them your information, so there should not be a problem. They will give you a parking pass to get back into the park. If you plan to be out after 11 PM, you can get a clicker to open the gate with a small deposit.

If you arrive after 6 PM but before 11 PM, a security guard will check you in; however, in the morning, you will need to check in with the office.

Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles south of Miami, on a quiet 40 acres tropical setting (Mile Marker 101.5 oceanside). It's a quarter mile of US1 , 1 mile south of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. This park offers glass bottom boats, snorkeling, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-boards rentals and family water fun.

Other things to note
Only registered guests will be allowed in the Kampground. There is a maximum capacity of 4 guests per unit. Once you book, we will send you a registration form , which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check in on arrival.

Check in time is between 4.00 pm and 10.30 pm , unless an earlier check in has been coordinated with us in advance.

One car is allowed in the unit.

All boats entering the grounds must have a lenght maximum of 25' and a width of 8.5' max. Ramp fee is $ 25 + tax( one time fee per stay )
If you need to use the Kampground public boat slip, they can be rented for $39.99 per day plus taxes depending on the season. Holiday $46.99 /taxes, for more information please contact the office. You must pre request the slip days with the Marina.

Guests are not allowed to bring jet ski or wave runners inside the Kampground.

No smoking is allowed inside the unit.

At check-in , the front desk will provide you with a gate card, they will request a $250 deposit . Please return the gate card back to the front desk the day of your check-out in order to get your $250 deposit back. There is a purple drop box in front of the office.

There is a trash pickup every day .

We have a couple of questions that will need to be submitted once you have reserved to stay at our Lot, for you to be registered with the Kampground Front Desk and avoid any delays at time of check-in.

The space
This beautiful Winnebago travel trailer is a 2021 Just purchased and outfitted with all brand new and almost new extra’s.
The model has 7’ ceilings it called a 2427 RB for a rear bedroom. The rear bedroom also has its own entrance with door and screen door as well. The rear queen has been updated to a memory foam mattress. The main living area has a 48 inch pop out with a queen size sleeper sofa that also has an adjustable table that converts it into a dinette or workstation. It backs to a picture window and sits right in front of the entertainment system that has a stereo CD, DVD player that has two zones for inside speakers and outside speakers. There is a flat screen 40 inch television with a Amazon Fire stick with Netflix, Prime, Paramount + and much more, all above the fireplace that is electronic works with heat or without heat and has many displays.
Walking in the main entrance to your left is a bathroom with a standup shower with shower doors. porcelain Vacu-flush toilet.
To the right is the Kitchen area has a full-size refrigerator and freezer,three burner gas stove and oven, microwave oven, double sink, coffee maker, toaster. All the areas have privacy pocket doors. All the windows have shades. Full privacy. There’s even a pantry when you walk into your right. All the lighting is LED lights. USB outlets too.

Currently located at Freshgardens on a Florida farm paradise.

The farm is just outside Everglades National Park South Gate and is truly a special place, as you will be greeted by rescue dogs, birds & Farmer Bob.

You’ll be equipped with all of your essentials (and more) so all you have to do, is hop in for the adventure. From sleeping, to kitchen and bath needs, to fun and games.

This RV can sleep 6 adults comfortably with 1 master bedroom, 2 bunk beds, 1 fold out couch, and a dinner table that converts. The master bedroom has a queen-sized mattress, plus 2 oversized bunks that can sleep two kids or one adult each (up to 300 pounds).

You’ll be equipped with all of your essentials (and more) so all you have to do, is hop in for the adventure. From sleeping, to kitchen and bath needs, to fun and games.

This RV can sleep 6 adults comfortably with 1 master bedroom, 2 bunk beds, 1 fold out couch, and a dinner table that converts. The master bedroom has a queen-sized mattress, plus 2 oversized bunks that can sleep two kids or one adult each (up to 300 pounds).

This is a private community! Therefore, valid ID and registration of vehicle is required with the front office. A refundable deposit of $250 is due with the front office as well in case of damage to the community.

Calusa Campground association allows one car per rental. And one additional car at an extra fee of $10 a day. Only one water motor vehicle is allowed up to 25
feet.

The space
During your stay, you’ll enjoy the convenience of two golf carts, perfect for exploring the campground.

On-site, take advantage of resort-style amenities, including a pool, basketball court, and tennis court, offering fun for all ages. Back at the unit, relax with a delicious meal prepared on your private BBQ grill and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Vehicles and Driving:
All vehicles and visitors entering the park must register at the office.
Only one vehicle is included per reservation and must obtain a renter’s decal to enter the property.
Speed limit is 5 mph.
Golf Carts – Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
Must have working lights and it must be registered through the office.
No gas operated equipment allowed (Electric only).
1 Golf Cart permitted per reservation.
No street parking.

Vessels:
Only 1 Boat of 20FT or less or 1 Jet-ski per reservation is permitted.
Renter must provide registration for vessel and trailer and must obtain a renter’s decal to enter the property. The name of the registrations must match with the reservation details.
Vessels cannot stay in the water overnight.
Please always call security to open boat ramp.
On all non-waterfront lots, you must use the ramp on an in and out basis (check with office for dates and restrictions).
The “Red Zone” at the marina is for loading and unloading ONLY. 15 minutes maximum parking.
Unattended boats will be towed at the owner’s expense.
All renters’ boats or trailers found in common area may be towed at owner’s expense.

Reservation information:
Rates include up to 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18, max of 4 people.
The maximum number of people per site is 6. This is including visitors and children.
Any visitor over the age of 18, there is a $10 charge per person.
Only 1 car is included in the reservation. For 1 extra vehicle, there is a fee of $10 per day and must park in the assigned area with a parking pass.
Credit card minimum is $10 per transaction when paying with credit card.
All reservations must be paid in full.
We require a credit card on file for all reservations.

Garbage:
Please make sure to place all garbage inside the garbage can in tied plastic bags.
Any garbage placed in the garbage cans without a plastic bag, will not be collected until properly disposed.
Please do not leave garbage out overnight.
Please do not feed the stray cats!

Arrivals and other information:
Please make prior arrangements with the office if you plan to arrive late.
Regular check-in time: 3PM
Regular checkout time: 11AM
Late checkout time: 3PM (owner approval required)
The front office will provide keys for gate access, bathrooms, and the laundry facility upon request. A $25 deduction will be taken from your deposit the keys are lost.

Violations of any of these rules will subject to a monetary fine taken from your $500 deposit and or may be cause for expulsion from the park without refund.

Important to Note

This is a unique boat living experience. To make the most of your stay:

• Expect Nature: Bugs, mosquitoes and no-see-ums are part of the Florida Keys’ charm. We provide bug spray and keep our facilities sprayed, but it’s best to pack a sense of adventure as well.
• Restrooms/Showers - Located 30 feet from Reef Dreamer.
• Mobility: The boat is accessed via steps and handrails, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues.
• NO FIRE OF ANY KIND ON BOARD. NO FLAME, NO COOKING, NO CANDLES, You could burn the whole thing down, and you’d hate that and so would we. We are VERY serious about this rule.
• Public Marina: Reef Dreamer is docked in a public waterway, so while most nights are cozy and quiet, there are boaters that will pass through and neighbors around you. While the interior of the boat is private space and you are in a private marina, there are neighbors that will also be enjoying their spaces. This is a laid back crowd here and music and other sounds of laughter and joy may be a part of this experience.
• Smells: If you are sensitive to the smell of sea water or other boat smells, an overnight stay on a boat may not be for you

Campground has a convenient outdoor breezeway with Wi-Fi access along with full public restrooms just across our unit. walk across the street to the pool an kiddie pool plus kids playground. Bring your boat maximum length is 25 feet and park it in our unit or leave it in the boat dock at the marina for a fee charged by the campground. You can get more information regarding marina fees at the front desk. For convenience, you can also clean your fish right at the marina. Campground also offers Ice and a little shopping store. For fun you can also picnic at the beaches, play shuffleboard and volleyball.
