The front door opens onto a spacious yet cosy living room whose large sliding doors open onto the enclosed paved patio and heated swimming pool. The airy living room then leads you to the master bedroom with its large walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and French doors providing access to the pool area.

The large, vibrant, modern and fully equipped kitchen welcomes you to further views of the pool and Conference Lake. With its large countertops, spacious island and voluminous fridge and pantry, it can accommodate a large family as well as a group of up to 10 dining guests. The laundry room, which features a capacious washer and a dyer, is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Just like the master bedroom, both rooms grant you access to the pool area via their large French doors.

The thoughtfully designed villa blends easily with the tropical environment. The minimalist interior uses materials such as marble floors, neutral tiles, and white linen, for a fresh yet luxurious ambience.

Ground floor: A living-room furnished with sectional sofas to seat 8 guests comfortable and a 75" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. A fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, direct access to the dining area that seats 12, breakfast counter with high chairs, a sitting area to relax, and a desk and modern office chair. Three of the six bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two of them are en-suite.
