The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location may seem a little far away to some but it was perfect for us. 10-15 minutes to the Franklin locks and boat ramp. The usual fare of retail stores minutes away right in LeHigh and Fort Myers access available several different ways depending upon where you intend to go in Fort Myers. And one of the BEST things about the location? Traffic is minimal. You won't see 4 lanes of solid cars until you travel to Fort Myers or Cape Coral. E. 6th street can be a little noisy and people tend to drive pretty fast as it's no stop sign, through street. Simply closing the front door alleviates this completely and the house is all about the open back sliders and the beautiful pool anyway. Other drivers where kind and respectful as I would back the boat into the driveway every night. Make sure you stop at the farm stand on Joel Road between LeHigh and Palm Beach Blvd for their fairy tale eggplant and canary melons.."

To assure comfortable temperature in the home, owner can read (not regulate) current temperature on smart thermostat. An AC setting of not less than 74 degrees is recommended. AC generally cools down 15-20 degrees depending on outside temperatures.
