This home was originally one house ans was divided into two units, both units are vocational rentals. This side has 2 bedrooms one bathroom, a carport. It is on a corner lot. The front faces a Baptist church. It has a small yard in the front, the back has a sunroom and the laundry room. The house was built in 1970, strong building, not huge, not small, just right. Close to lake Jackson. Walking distance to court, downtown circle, fairgrounds, library. Publix, Winn Dixie, hospital just a few miles away. Great neighbors, quiet area. In an event such as race week, the proper r y is large enough that could accommodate more persons, extra bedding and towels will be provided

I looked up the check-in instructions and called the host # listed. My call was met by a message from Verizon telling me that the number I dialed was not accepting messages. Okay, so I thought that's likely just a technical issue. I next called the Evolve # listed and spoke with a very cordial and responsive lady. She listened to my issue and let me know she was sending a message to the host through their "system" and I should hear back soon. It is now February 27th, 20 days later and I am back home. I've yet to hear from the host!By the way, I was able to fix the issue myself that same evening. It was a fairly easy fix, so not a big issue.My complaint is not with the property, but rather that the host was non-responsive. That's a big deal for me!"

The space
With three bedrooms, there's enough room for you and your family to relax and unwind. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. The other bedroom also has a queen-sized bed which is great for kids or others to relax in. The last room is spacious with a daybed in case you need extra space or if you have any extra people coming over. The daybed has a second, slide-out mattress under it.

The living room is bright and airy, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. It's the perfect spot for the family to gather and enjoy some quality time together.
The villa has enough room in the kitchen for you or someone else to cook delicious homemade dinner. Of course, we provide enough silverware, pots & pans, and even oil, salt, and pepper. Directly connected to the kitchen is the dining table so that everyone can eat together!

Past the dining area is the TV/Game room where you can hold enjoyable memories. The TV is a 55" HDTV with Roku so you won’t have to miss your favorite Netflix shows. Not to mention that there’s a window that connects straight to the kitchen in case you want to microwave some popcorn while watching your favorite show.

Want to hangout outside? Right out of the TV room is a slide-open door to a screened-in patio. It gives you time to enjoy the great outdoors with a beautifully cut lawn.

One of the best features of our villa is the garage, which provides ample space for your car and any golfing gear you may have. Speaking of golf, this community is a golfer's paradise, with stunning courses and plenty of opportunities to perfect your swing.

But even if you're not a golfer, there's still plenty to do in the area. Take a stroll around the neighborhood and enjoy the beautiful scenery, or head to the nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Are you the “master” of the house? This master bedroom is the type to have you never want to leave! There’s a comfortable queen-sized bed facing a 55" HDTV (w/ Roku) where you can watch your favorite TV show before you fall asleep. Our villa does not have any specific accounts related to the Roku so make sure you log out of all of your accounts before checking out. The bedroom contains a narrow hallway with two spacious closets on opposite sides for you to put your clothes in. It also has two dressers on the opposite side of the bed. On the corner-side of the room, there’s a slide-open glass door that leads straight into the patio.

TV/Game Room

This room is the most flexible room in the house. You can do anything you want with it. Whether it’s a game room or a bedroom it doesn’t matter. The room has a daybed which has another bed that slides out under it. A cool feature in the house is the electric fireplace under the TV. Enjoy movie night with friends and family secluded from the rest of the house.

Patio

It’s fun being inside the house but sometimes the fresh air is needed. The villa provides a patio in the back with a table to hang out around. You can sit back in the chairs while the kids play around in the backyard.

- "We absolutely loved this place! It was clean and adequately stocked- and the location was perfect. I wasn’t given instructions on how to check in but with a quick message to the property manager we got our door access code and got in. The only things wrong were a few dangerously loose screws on the kitchen chairs (luckily we had tools and were able to tighten them), the microwave door handle was broke, the garage lights didn’t work, and the 3rd bedroom fan/light also wouldn’t work. And I had to buy tp, coffee filters, and fussball table balls. But those were all very minor things in my opinion. The price was very reasonable and we truly felt like it was our home away from home while visiting with our family there in Sebring. Highly recommend!"

All you need to bring is yourself. during your five day or longer stay, We provide all the necessities. ie, laundry supplies , shampoo, soap, paper products, basic spices etc. during your entire stay. So come and relax and enjoy the heart of Florida..
Walk out through the gate and there is a cornucopia of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You name it, its very, very convenient. Even a great cup of Cuban coffee! Enjoy a day at the pool. We provide guest passes for up to six guests for up to 3 days on weekly rental to Sun n Lakes Golf Club pool complex . Arrangements to be made at time of reservation

SEBRING IS KNOWN FOR ITS GREAT GOLF. There are 6 PGA courses to choose from

IF RACING IS YOUR LOVE CHECK OUT THE SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY LFSS THAN 10 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD .
IF FISHING is your passion, there are also multiple lakes in the area where you can charter a day of fishing. Many of the lakes are spring fed. The game fish is Large mouth bass. for swimming and relaxing there is a sand beach on Lake Jackson at Veterans Memorial Park 5 minutes down the road/

SEBRING IS THE HEART OF THE HEARTLAND OF FLORIDA:
The Heartland is to Florida as Tuscany is to Italy. It is less than an hour to LegoLand, a little over an hour from Orlando (Disney World, Universal Studios, Cruse terminal), St Petersburg, and Vero Beach. (beach time!)
It is geographically located on the Lake Wales Ridge, an ancient sand bar and is one of the highest elevations in Florida.

Highlands Hammock state Park located just to the West of Sebring is a nature preserve with good examples of the local flora and fauna with walking trails SEE THE ANCIENT LIVE OAK OVER 900 YEARS OLD! It.s a little bedraggled but you would be too if you were that old! There is a tram that operates seasonally in the park

HISTORIC SEBRING TRAIN STATION STILL USED TODAY:
For something different, Take the train and leave the driving to Amtrak, day trips from historic Sebring station to Orlando, Tampa, South Beach (we understand you can take the train as far north as Washington D.C from our little historic station!)
You can even take the train to the Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale Cruise terminal!

This is a villa/duplex home , 2 car garage with 2 bedroom and plus a bonus room which can be use as an office or guest room. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower with 2 separate vanities for her and him. 2nd and 3rd bedroom is pretty nice size. The kitchen has ample space. Has laundry and washer area that lead to the garage. There is also a screened back porch where you can relax and enjoy with your friends for some barbecue party.
Sun n Lakes offers two championship golf courses, a recreation complex with community pool and exercise facilities, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard. There is also a walking/running path and a bike trail.

Our home is furnished in a clean, contemporary style to create a warm and comfortable space.

The ability to cook meals while away from home is one of the biggest appeals to renting a home for your trip (we think so, at least). Our kitchen is stocked from top to bottom with non-stick pans, bowls, spoons, and everything else we use on a day-today basis.

The master suite includes a king size bed, television, double vanity, and walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen sized bed and dresser for clothing storage. Our Florida room is equipped with a Twin XL bed and a desk perfectly suited for working remotely.

Our comfortable living room features a soft sectional and dual reclining loveseat.
