The unit offers a queen size bed , it also has 2 twin size mattresses in the living that act as a sofa seat, during the day.

The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and the living room features a couch which converts to a queen bed. Their is a large kitchen with the basic necessities and a large 72-inch TV. - "This place is a diamond in the rough. It is literally a few hundred yards to everything in downtown Sebring. We walked to the pier to watch sunsets, on Saturdays there is a small farmer's market in the parking lot to the south, we had lunch on the circle and also did some shopping around there was well. The place has been renovated from top to bottom, literally everything is brand new. They have high quality and comfy sheets and towels. There is a Keurig machine and they even provided the coffee pods, creamer and sugar. The kitchen is fully stocked. The two black recliners in the living room have massagers built-in to them... it was so nice! The balcony has comfy chairs where you can unwind and see the lake and sunsets. They provided consumables such as trash bags, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The owners were very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again."

Note that there is no barrier between the house and the lake. Because it is a very short walk from the backdoor to the lake, I DO NOT recommend this location if you have toddlers.
Guests are welcome to have a small fire in the provided firepit. The firepit must remain on the concrete pad and cannot be moved to any other location. No fire on the deck, boardwalk, or boat house. Leave the coals and ashes in the firepit for disposal by host. Do not dump coals/ash into the trashcans or the lake.

This freshly painted and updated jungle themed 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1,500 square foot single family home on arguably the prettiest street in town is nestled in the city of Sebring, FL. The property is located just a short drive around beautiful Lake Jackson to the downtown Sebring circle with its great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping.

With its bright and airy open concept layout, the entire space is adorned in a tropical jungle themed décor (look for animals around every corner), you enter the house into the living room, which boasts a comfortable three-person couch and chair and a large HD smart television. A nook close to the living room houses a very eclectic, raw wood desk with chair for all of your business needs. Pens, pencils, paper, envelopes, etc are provided in the desk drawers as well. Secure, 75mbps Wi-Fi Internet included, of course!

Moving into the kitchen that has been updated and upgraded with stainless steel appliances you will find it to be nicely equipped with all the dishes, silverware, dinnerware and accessories that you will need for your stay (please do let us know if you are missing something in particular). Upon entering the dining room, you will find a beautiful natural wood dining room table and six chairs. The view into the lush, private back yard takes center stage for dining with family and friends.

As you pass through into the enclosed, under-air Florida room you can enjoy a functional coffee bar with all the amenities and goodies you need for your morning brew. The glass slider opens up to your own private backyard, which includes various seating areas and a gas grill for all your barbecuing needs. Depending on your time of visit you may find fruit in season. Feel free to pick and enjoy bananas, avocado, papaya, calamondin, lemon, loquat, and mango.

Both bedrooms are nicely appointed with queen bedroom suites. The master bedroom contains its own en-suite bathroom and an ample walk-in closet with shelving, hangers and extra blankets and pillows. The guest bedroom contains a wall-to-wall closet with hangers and extra blankets and pillows for your use. Outside the second bedroom you will find the second bathroom, which can be accessed from the hallway as well as from the Florida room. Both bathrooms have been updated and are inlaid with stone and decorative tile. Across from the master bathroom is the linen closet that houses extra towels, sheets and any small personal hygiene items you may need for your stay.

A private, fully equipped laundry room with a high efficiency washer and dryer is available to you day and night and is located inside the garage. There is plenty of parking for two to three cars on the driveway (please do not park in the street). Garage parking is allowed but no remote to the automatic garage is provided.

Great weather, fabulous lakes and multiple outdoor activities abound in beautiful Highlands County. Sebring enjoys over 250 sunny days a year with average temperatures of 90 degrees in the summer months and lows during the winter months averaging 50 degrees. Endless sunshine and lakes means many sport activities such as fishing, pontoon rides, water skiing, jet skiing and so much more. A must see is Highlands Hammock Park with its many nature trails and multitude of wildlife. The list of activities is endless!

The studio is directly located on the Sebring circle in the historic district and within several eateries for lunch or dinner, and parking is available at no cost. We met our host Gus who communicated very well and he was able to get us to check in an hour early. He explained everything we needed to know about the studio and the Sebring area in general. PLEASE read ALL about the booking before writing an unfair, review.l attempt to make your stay feel as much like you just dropped in to a close friend's or relatives house. We have a full kitchen and quiet neighborhood. but if you're sensitive to cats or dogs then you probably should not book here. Sometimes we do stay on the property so if that is a problem instead of a blessing in case you need anything.

The space
the space is comfortable for guests that would be sleeping in a queen size bed together the master bedroom and bathroom has a newly remodeled shower and vanity and toilet because the room was recently remodeled clean and bright with extra towels and amenities as needed to make your stay perfect. The queen size sofa bed in the living room makes for a comfortable extra sleeping space as needed for one or two guests. The second bath is also newly renovated with a soaking tub and lots of extra things you may have forgotten including hair dryer and toothbrush.
I do attempt to be a reasonable person when it comes to the cleanliness that involves all my guests, but I’m not always the most organized so I do have some of my craft ideas or books in some of the drawers. I don’t have anything that I feel is secret and I have left empty drawers in case your stay requires extra space and hooks for you to put your clothes on.

Access is with the front door and a hide a key will be provided for for your stay and parking is either on the driveway or front of the house adjacent to the road.
The space is one level, but if you require a wheelchair, there is tiny little step up

We seem to always be under construction as we have renovated for bathrooms kitchen and they living space and now we are working on the outside we tried to communicate our needs and be as courteous to our guests as possible. Occasionally we stay on the property but not in your living space.
My partner, Randy is Mr. fix it and sadly he goes beyond his space sometimes, but not into your space so we’ve recently moved the motorhome project to the side of the driveway but sadly now he’s moved a small car there which I hope is going to move away quickly, but he has opened up the space for parking on the driveway again and a little wider path for people to enter the entrance area . Please note that many times one or both of us will be staying on the property and we look at as an advantage for extra security and if you need anything, we’re just a few steps away, but if you don’t want us that close, we need you to know that we will be staying there or sometimes not but communication is key..

This cute little apartment is attached to the main house but has it's own entrance. It has a separate bedroom and a full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. There is a large screen TV that you can sign into your Netflix, YouTube or other accounts. There is no cable. Open the door and there is the canal! You can fish from the patio or just enjoy the many varieties of birds that visit. You may also see turtles and fish jumping. Take the kayak, or canoe out for a spin around Little Lake Jackson. There are also bicycles available. The house is on a cul-de-sac so there is not much traffic. Or, you can go for a longer ride around Lake Jackson. We are close to downtown Sebring if you want to attend the many events that go on there. We are 15 minutes from the Sebring International Speedway. We have a dog and a cat. The dog will generally be not staying in the house when we have a guest in the bedroom, but she does come and go from time to time so if you’re sensitive to noises, please make us aware of your sleeping habits so that she does not bother you at all.. The cat is old and does come in and out to check things out, but he’s very quiet but if you’re allergic, you want to be aware that he’s around. The location is very secure with neighbors that are very kind and a policeman that lives right next-door. Sadly, he has just gotten a new little dog so Chico can be mouthy is not our dog but again if you’re sensitive, you probably do not want to rent here..
You enter through a sliding glass door that locks securely from the inside we are adding an extra lock to the outside this week, although it is a very secure location and the screen door locks as well when you are inside .
