This home was originally one house ans was divided into two units, both units are vocational rentals. This side has 2 bedrooms one bathroom, a carport. It is on a corner lot. The front faces a Baptist church. It has a small yard in the front, the back has a sunroom and the laundry room. The house was built in 1970, strong building, not huge, not small, just right. This is a one bedroom apartm8ent in the heart of downtown Sebring, close to all the activities downtown Sebring offers. Not too large, but certainly comfortable with all the necessities. The unit offers a queen size bed , it also has 2 twin size mattresses in the living that act as a sofa seat, during the day.

The textiles in the bedroom are comfy and the colors throughout the apartment are a mixture of cool and warm. If you are looking to enjoy the best of the Sebring Circle, including the many seasonal events and local bars and restaurants, then those are just downstairs. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and the living room features a couch which converts to a queen bed. Their is a large kitchen with the basic necessities and a large 72-inch TV. Please note - from January through March only full months are rented. No mid month rentals, i.e. Jan 10 to Feb 9 type rentals. I loose the remaining parts of the months.

- "Would live there..." - "The unit was more than enough space for my partner and I on our visit to Florida. The host was extremely communicative and even reached out personally regarding a power outage at the unit during our stay to relay details about the expected timeline for it. The unit was very comfortable and cozy, the entire neighborhood area was adorable, quiet, and very comfortable as well! Everything we needed for upkeep and cleaning at checkout was provided within the unit and we had no issues finding anything. Even our neighboring rentals in the attached unit were friendly and delightful people. We look forward to hopefully booking this space again for future visits!"
