Departure Checklist:
-When leaving the home for a day trip, and/or prior to check out, please switch off the lights and fans, and unplug the coffee maker. Please turn the A/C to 76 degrees Fahrenheit (A/C must remain on to deter mold growth). Please shut and lock and doors or windows that were opened. Make sure the garage door is closed.
-Please leave the home clean and tidy - please wipe counters, sweep up crumbs, tidy bathroom, etc.
-Please rinse, load, and start the dishwasher prior to departure.
-Please leave the used beds unmade including the sofa sleeper so there is no confusion on what bedding needs to be washed. Stripping the beds would be the most helpful.
-Leave used towels on the bathroom floor or place in the dirty laundry basket in the garage.
-Please discard all uneaten food and clean out the refrigerator and pantry upon departure.
-Bag up all trash and recycling, and bring to the receptacles at the side of the house, outside of the garage. (green & brown is garbage, blue is recycling).

Very close to restaurants, shopping centers and parks.The neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet.The house is very clear, ventilated and spacious. Super large open backyard, Lanai and front porch very nice for enjoy a family coffee. The house has 2 rooms, one with a double bed and the second with two twin beds, and also has a sofa bed in the living room, a nice coffee bar and an open kitchen.
