- "The villa is beautiful, well decorated and was very clean. The outdoor garage light needs a new bulb and the oven needs cleaned. A few small things added to the property would help renters have what they need. A sink stopper, ironing board, full length mirror, a lamp in the living area, and a doormat at garage entrance. One of two townhomes we have in the resort style community of Paseo, our spacious two level 2 bed / 2.5 bath townhome features two master suites - perfect for couples looking to vacation together or for guests planning to host during their stay. The community features a 26,000 sq ft village center, a social and recreational hub for the community. There are three heated community pools and a host of other amenities available for your use! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Entering the home through the screened in patio, you are first welcomed to the high vaulted ceilings and a light and bright decor style. The modern, upgraded kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked and has seating at the breakfast bar as well as the dining table. A half bathroom is located on the first floor just off of the kitchen. Stairs lead to the second level and open up to a lofted office area and a laundry room. The first master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A pocket door separates the second bedroom and the guest bathroom from the rest of the home, easily converting it to a second master bedroom and bathroom.

Rv spot has a 30/50 amp electric service with water & sewer hookup. This is a gulf access property with boat ramp, docks, & a tiki hut. The property is located close to Fort Myers beach, Sanibel Island, Pineisland , golf , shopping, restaurants & airport. Kayaking, fishing, boating & biking from your private spot.
