A few small things added to the property would help renters have what they need. A sink stopper, ironing board, full length mirror, a lamp in the living area, and a doormat at garage entrance. One of two townhomes we have in the resort style community of Paseo, our spacious two level 2 bed / 2.5 bath townhome features two master suites - perfect for couples looking to vacation together or for guests planning to host during their stay. The community features a 26,000 sq ft village center, a social and recreational hub for the community. There are three heated community pools and a host of other amenities available for your use! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! Entering the home through the screened in patio, you are first welcomed to the high vaulted ceilings and a light and bright decor style. The modern, upgraded kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked and has seating at the breakfast bar as well as the dining table. A half bathroom is located on the first floor just off of the kitchen. Stairs lead to the second level and open up to a lofted office area and a laundry room. The first master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that Paseo HOA requires a background check for all renters wanting credentials to access the main pool, tiki bar, gym, library, and movie theater. Credentials are NOT required to access the quad pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, or bocce ball. The cost for the background check is $100 for up to two persons with the same last name. Instructions will be provided upon booking. Our room is very clean and nice. Well equipped for short and longer stay. Beautiful and clean bathroom with privet entrance, and patio. There's a vinyl privacy fence which makes it comfortable and privet to relax outdoors in the patio. The space is separate from the main house.

Guests can easily drive to and from our house without problems at any time of the day. Guests have private parking of their own in the driveway located on the premises and can get in and out from their room whenever they wish and at any time.

The space
Very spacious studio suite with its own private entry. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. In the kitchenette, there is a refrigerator, sink, kitchen cabinets and pantry space along with a cook top and microwave oven. The queen-size bed has a Serta brand memory-foam topper and there are built-in shelves and side tables. Additionally, both sides of the bed have adjustable LED reading lamps. A split AC system lets you control your room temperature for extra comfort. There is a fold-out table with two padded chairs that can serve as a work space or a dining table. WiFi is fast and reliable enough for guests who need it for work.

Outside of the suite is a seating area with table, umbrella and chairs. Around the side to the back of the house, you will find the Koi Pond with a fire pit and seating area, tables and places to relax. The entire back of the property is a combination of pond, benches and tropical gardens all in a park-like setting. A barbecue grill is available but we keep it under cover so you have to request it.

During your stay
Your suit has its own private entry. It is separated from our living area by our kitchen and an art studio so you have complete privacy. Our own private yard is enclosed by a wall so we only go in your part of the outdoors to do the yard chores and feed the fish. We respect your privacy but we are available any time should you need us for anything.
