- "The villa is beautiful, well decorated and was very clean. The outdoor garage light needs a new bulb and the oven needs cleaned. A few small things added to the property would help renters have what they need. A sink stopper, ironing board, full length mirror, a lamp in the living area, and a doormat at garage entrance.
