This is a spacious, bohemian inspired, 2 bedroom 2 bath, with 2 king beds, on the bottom floor of a duplex. Two roll away beds makes it a 6 sleeper.

You're only 4 miles from Navarre Beach, and a lot of restaurants within about 3 to 5 miles. You're also 18 miles from Pensacola Beach, and 24 miles from Destin. And you'll be in the first house on a street that intersects Highway 98 that runs through it all.

Park 3 cars in the driveway, plus ample street parking.

The master bedroom has a connected bathroom. Both bedrooms have exterior double doors, dressers, walk in closets, and ceiling fans. And there's a small extra dresser in the master closet for larger parties of 5 or 6 people.

The master bath is a tub and shower, and the hallway bathroom is a shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and towels provided in both.

Aside from the bedrooms, enjoy each other's company in the open floor plan with combined living/kitchen/dining space. The living room is spacious, with a couch, large cozy chairs, and a 43 smart TV connected to wifi, and includes a work desk and chair. The wifi is fast in case you need to get some work done while you're there.

We've provided some gear for your beach excursions (chairs, umbrella, etc. See photos), and a slow cooker so your dinner will be ready when you're back from the beach. But if you bring the beach home with you, you can rinse it off at the water hose on the left side of the building, before going in for dinner.

Cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen with all the basic necessities like microwave, full sized stove, oven, and refrigerator, pots & pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, bake ware, dining ware, food storage, mixing bowls, several spices, etc. And dine in style at the dining table, and bar. And for you winos, yeah, we have wine glasses too.

After dinner blended cocktails? We've supplied the blender, with drinking glasses or plastic cups. And enjoy them in the comfortable living room, or on the rear patio furniture out back.

Don't forget to wash all the beach towels and bathing suits in your private laundry so you can get off to a fresh start again in the morning.

You'll have access to one half of a large driveway where you can park at least 2 cars, plus street parking. The whole bottom floor of this stacked duplex is yours, with no shared interior space. Upper floor access is by exterior stairway.

Enjoy our small to medium sized back yard, which is shared with the upstairs unit if they are down there, and which is fenced on three sides, with no immediate neighbors on either side. Both units do have their own rear patio, (deck - upstairs unit) that runs the whole rear width of the building.

We monitor Airbnb messages from early morning till late at night and are available to you through Airbnb's messaging system to assist with any issues you may have and you can always message us for emergencies any time and we will get back in touch with you as soon as we can.

The property is the first house on the street, so you have quick access to highway 98, and are quickly on your way, east to Navarre Beach, Fort Walton, or Destin, or west to Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach. You can put at least two cars on your half of the driveway, or three if you pull them up all the way. But there's also plenty parking on the street.

We will initiate all available measures through Airbnb to remediate any damage to the property such as the smell of smoke, discolored towels or sheets, or any other damage to the property and it's contents. This includes excessive cleaning required to get the place back in the condition it was in when you arrived.

1. Please wash your dishes / load and start the dishwasher before you leave us and take out the trash.

2. No parties, or large gatherings much beyond your stated number of guests.

3. No smoking.

4. Please use the water spigot on the side of the building to rinse any sand off of your self, your kids, and any beach gear, etc.

All bathrooms, kitchen and hard surfaces are sanitized with a germicide cleanser. After sanitizing the entire condo, the unit is disinfected. After the sanitation process, an inspector inspects the unit for proper sanitation then a disinfectant is used on all hard surfaces, especially all high-touch areas. We also provide a disinfectant cleaner for your use while you enjoy your stay on the beach.

Our amazing condo has been totally renovated! The custom updated kitchen includes 'Blue Pearl' granite counter-tops, soft close cabinet doors/drawers, subway tile with custom 3 dimensional shell tile inserts. complete with under cabinet lights! Attention to details~even the garbage disposal has a push button switch right at the sink! Both bathrooms have new vanity cabinets, lights and both have new more convenient higher toilets. Crown molding throughout the entire condo and a beaded board wainscoting to finish off the coastal cottage feel of this beautiful condo. Even the bi-fold shutter doors at the washer/dryer and AC closet have been replaced with a wide louvered bi-fold for a more up to date look and feel. The beautiful locking glass storm door is a plus to allow for even more light while still maintaining privacy. How many condos have an authentic antique pedestal table overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico? Carlos Pointe Beach Club is one of the most desirable destinations in Southwest Florida, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and very close to Lover's Key State Park.

There is a well stocked kitchen, dining table, kitchen counter with 4 bar stools, a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, Wi-Fi, a king bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bath, two twin beds in the guest bedroom with an attached full bath, and a lanai with a patio table and chairs. You will also find chairs on the lanai for use at the beach.

Just below your gulf facing lanai, there is a large sugar white beach for playing volleyball or throwing a football and frisbee. While enjoying a walk along the water's edge, be sure to keep an eye out for diving pelicans, manatees and dolphins, which will be hunting the fish rich waters.

It’s just a short walk over the drawbridge spanning Big Carlos Pass to the entrance to Lover’s Key State Park. The Travel Channel has rated the state park beach as one of Florida’s Top Ten Beaches.

Whether at the state park or on our gigantic private beach out front, this end of the island provides lots of good surf fishing. If you are so inclined, nightly meals of fresh snook, trout, redfish, whiting, pompano and mackerel are entirely possible. To prepare your catch, there is a private grill patio at the south end of the building just around the corner from our private beachside pool, recreation room and Sunset Patio. There are also local restaurants that will prepare your catch, should you choose to dine out.

There is a stop for the Island Trolley right next to our free parking lot. It is just a short ride to Times Square at the north end of the island. There you will find a more active nightlife scene including dozens of shops, open air restaurants, bars, street performers, live entertainment, a public beach, as well as, the famous Fort Myers Beach Pier.

We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a cooler for your trips to the beach.

Sliding glass doors will take you out to the lanai from the living room, and from the master bedroom. Enjoy the quiet breeze on the lanai as you drink your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

During busier times we really need to try and stick with or normal Saturday to Saturday rental rotation. In late April to late May and then again mid Aug to Mid Dec, we can be more flexible on the Saturday to Saturday requirement.

Welcome to the Tahiti Suite, just steps away from the ocean. This luxury suite is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach where you can see the boardwalk from the front of the property.

The Space:
The Tahitian inspired suite has a plush sofa which converts into a queen size bed along. Smart TVs are in every room and you can watch HBO or Netflix. This Suite offers a fully functional kitchen with all the conveniences of home including dishwasher, electric stove, 33" refrigerator, ice maker, utensils and disposal.

The bedroom has a queen size Serta Posturpedic bed. The bathroom has floor to ceiling travertine and is sparkling clean! The Tahiti Suite also offers a Florida room where you will find a bar for you to stock with whatever you like and another 40” smart TV, as well a single sleeper sofa. From the Florida room you can access your own charcoal grill and spacious backyard area for those who prefer to be outside.

This property is a shared property and part of a triplex we have converted the units into luxury vacation rentals. This unit is themed after Tahiti, the middle unit is the Abaco Suite after the chain of islands in the Bahamas, and the end unit is the Little Kahuna Suite. All three suites make up the property named "Christopher's at 2Eleven". Which you may want to book for a larger group in the future! • The kitchen is open to the living area and stocked with everything you need if you choose to cook. You only need to supply your food and seasonings. You can take your pick of a conventional drip coffee maker or a Keurig. Additional appliances include a toaster, blender, crock pot and even a waffle iron!
• The downstairs powder room has a full size stacked washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. Beach towels are also on hand.
• Upstairs are two bedrooms – each with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bath. The master suite includes a tiled walk-in shower. Recharge on the private balcony to enjoy the beginning of the day or wind down after a busy day at the beach.

We start all guests out with an initial supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, laundry soap, fabric softener, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. If you're staying longer than a weekend, we recommend you bring additional supplies or you can purchase them locally.
