This is a spacious, bohemian inspired, 2 bedroom 2 bath, with 2 king beds, on the bottom floor of a duplex. Two roll away beds makes it a 6 sleeper.
You're only 4 miles from Navarre Beach, and a lot of restaurants within about 3 to 5 miles. You're also 18 miles from Pensacola Beach, and 24 miles from Destin. And you'll be in the first house on a street that intersects Highway 98 that runs through it all.
Park 3 cars in the driveway, plus ample street parking.
The master bedroom has a connected bathroom. Both bedrooms have exterior double doors, dressers, walk in closets, and ceiling fans. And there's a small extra dresser in the master closet for larger parties of 5 or 6 people.
The master bath is a tub and shower, and the hallway bathroom is a shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and towels provided in both.
Aside from the bedrooms, enjoy each other's company in the open floor plan with combined living/kitchen/dining space. The living room is spacious, with a couch, large cozy chairs, and a 43 smart TV connected to wifi, and includes a work desk and chair. The wifi is fast in case you need to get some work done while you're there.
We've provided some gear for your beach excursions (chairs, umbrella, etc. See photos), and a slow cooker so your dinner will be ready when you're back from the beach. But if you bring the beach home with you, you can rinse it off at the water hose on the left side of the building, before going in for dinner.
Cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen with all the basic necessities like microwave, full sized stove, oven, and refrigerator, pots & pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, bake ware, dining ware, food storage, mixing bowls, several spices, etc. And dine in style at the dining table, and bar. And for you winos, yeah, we have wine glasses too.
After dinner blended cocktails? We've supplied the blender, with drinking glasses or plastic cups. And enjoy them in the comfortable living room, or on the rear patio furniture out back.
Don't forget to wash all the beach towels and bathing suits in your private laundry so you can get off to a fresh start again in the morning.
You'll have access to one half of a large driveway where you can park at least 2 cars, plus street parking. The whole bottom floor of this stacked duplex is yours, with no shared interior space. Upper floor access is by exterior stairway.
Enjoy our small to medium sized back yard, which is shared with the upstairs unit if they are down there, and which is fenced on three sides, with no immediate neighbors on either side. Both units do have their own rear patio, (deck - upstairs unit) that runs the whole rear width of the building.
We monitor Airbnb messages from early morning till late at night and are available to you through Airbnb's messaging system to assist with any issues you may have and you can always message us for emergencies any time and we will get back in touch with you as soon as we can.
The property is the first house on the street, so you have quick access to highway 98, and are quickly on your way, east to Navarre Beach, Fort Walton, or Destin, or west to Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach. You can put at least two cars on your half of the driveway, or three if you pull them up all the way. But there's also plenty parking on the street.

We will initiate all available measures through Airbnb to remediate any damage to the property such as the smell of smoke, discolored towels or sheets, or any other damage to the property and it's contents. This includes excessive cleaning required to get the place back in the condition it was in when you arrived.
1. Please wash your dishes / load and start the dishwasher before you leave us and take out the trash.
2. No parties, or large gatherings much beyond your stated number of guests.
3. No smoking.
4. Please use the water spigot on the side of the building to rinse any sand off of your self, your kids, and any beach gear, etc.

Summary:
Welcome to the Tahiti Suite, just steps away from the ocean. This luxury suite is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach where you can see the boardwalk from the front of the property.
The Space:
The Tahitian inspired suite has a plush sofa which converts into a queen size bed along. Smart TVs are in every room and you can watch HBO or Netflix. This Suite offers a fully functional kitchen with all the conveniences of home including dishwasher, electric stove, 33" refrigerator, ice maker, utensils and disposal.
The bedroom has a queen size Serta Posturpedic bed. The bathroom has floor to ceiling travertine and is sparkling clean! The Tahiti Suite also offers a Florida room where you will find a bar for you to stock with whatever you like and another 40” smart TV, as well a single sleeper sofa. From the Florida room you can access your own charcoal grill and spacious backyard area for those who prefer to be outside.
SUMMARY: The Tahiti Suite includes a washer, dryer, WIFI, Netflix, pet friendly, can sleep up to 5 guests, and is walking distance to the beach. The pier is approximately 3/4 of a mile and the walk to the beach is about 2 - 5 minutes or less than 1/4 mile. The futon sofa located in the back Florida Room is suitable for 1 child or young adult, the queen bed in the bedroom and the fold out sleeper sofa in the family room are both suitable for 2 adults in each.
This property is a shared property and part of a triplex we have converted the units into luxury vacation rentals. This unit is themed after Tahiti, the middle unit is the Abaco Suite after the chain of islands in the Bahamas, and the end unit is the Little Kahuna Suite. All three suites make up the property named "Christopher's at 2Eleven". Which you may want to book for a larger group in the future! Welcome to your home-away-from-home on Marco Island, the 4-bed, 3-bath home that has it all to make your next vacation unforgettable! Enjoy a double-doored entry with immediate west facing views of your private pool and a luxurious indoor sitting area to take a load off after a day adventuring on the island. You could step right out onto the lanai through the sliding glass door, or head to the left toward the main living area.
Tall ceilings welcome you to your impressive open living space with great views of the dock, cerulean channel complete with indirect gulf access, and private pool. Two couches and a great TV offer a place to sink in and truly relax.
To the left of the entry is counter space perfect for planning meals or sending a quick email making your reservation at the Island Bike Shop or Dolphin Cove Marina. This flows into a spacious kitchen that offers state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of fridge space to hold all the refreshments you could desire. Don’t forget the coffee prep and wet bar counter between the kitchen and living room!
Enjoy meals on the four high-top seats facing the kitchen, or the six-person dining table just to the right of the entryway and mere steps from the dock or the pool.
Just off the kitchen is a generous laundry room so you can stay as long as you’d like.
The outdoor space at this home is impressive with a covered lanai that offers a six-person table for pool-side dining, large grill, pool, and spa. Enjoy reclining in the lounge chairs or step out to the dock for a high top four-seat table next to your private boat access. Boatlift(s) are NOT available for guest use.
The main suite offers quiet and privacy just to the right of the main entryway and seating area. The impressive ensuite centers around the soaker tub with Jack and Jill sinks and separate vanity next to the standing shower.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and baths are off the kitchen and living area. The first offers a queen bed, cozy window nook, and two closets. The second bath offers a walk-in shower, vanity, and expansive counter space.
The third bedroom includes two twin beds and a sliding door out to a screened in lanai just off the dock area. The ensuite bath spotlights white granite counters for the sink and vanity station, and the granite is continued in the walls of the walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom is right to your left when you enter the house, with a bunk bed with a single and double. With a lovely outlook of the front of the house, and wonderful decorations.
It’s hard to know if you’ll spend more time inside or out with a house that offers it all: panoramic views, fully appointed kitchen, warm corners for reading, and a cool pool and spa for midday relaxing. Adventure or relax, Marco Island offers it all, and this home is the perfect home base.

Only thing is that I wish the hotel would have more relaxed rules about smoking on the balcony in Tower 1 as it looked like the only available smoking areas were the rooftop located in Tower 1 or outside of the building. Parking is available for a fee, but still available. We stayed in Tower 1 and the parking garage was not equipped for a SUV type of car. We had asked to park in Tower 1s garage for a better fit and were accommodated without question. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to stay and would consider renting with Roami for my next trip. Thank you for a great stay!"

The home is a two bedroom with large office space that can be used as a third bedroom to accommodate 6 people comfortably. Primary bedroom features ensuite and walkout entry to lanai. All rooms are equipped with smart tv's.

3. Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction.
4. Occupancy Rules: Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. The website will automatically apply this fee if your booking exceeds the standard occupancy. For more details, feel free to contact us.
5. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction.
6. Smoking & Firearms: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action.

I was here to handle business so I just relaxed mostly . House had everything we needed although I didn't cook only used cups and bowls and utensils. Wrap around balcony was a plus great city views . My 10 yr old loved the balcony views . Valet was convenient just a extra 20-25$ daily I wouldn't waste my time looking for street parking Miami street parking rules be different lol you'll end up with a ticket just pay for vallet . Pool was across at the sister apartments easy to find just simi small but perfect. Great host when we thought our washer wasn't working they sent someone instantly to fix it . Also I love the touch screen in the house that shows house rules , recommend restaurants, parking ect ."

Garbage disposal are in the dumpster at the corner of Adelaide Dr, we don't have a daily trash collector.
The community Pool is at the entry main gate, close to the mailbox.
During your stay please note that you will need to provide your own food, toiletries & cleaning supplies such as dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, soap & dishwasher soap but once these supplies are used you will need to purchase more.
Also, please note that the home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There will NOT be a daily cleaning service. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend cleaning biweekly, which we can schedule and discuss pricing with you.

Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life like ants, roaches, lizards, and bug, for that reason, the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars, syrups, jelly, grease, cookies, and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in wastebasket, and especially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes is the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases inset infestation.
