- "Loved our stay. The condo was a spacious 2 story townhouse with 2 large bedrooms and an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds. We were located right next to the pool and lake view. Lived biking over to the main resort pool and golfing on the resort course. Check-in was a bit confusing because we weren’t contacted with any check-in instructions and same goes for checkout. We assumed to go to the front desk of the resort each time, but weren’t sure if we should do anything special to the condo before we left. - "I did not have an issue with the property except that I was not aware that one of the three beds is an air mattress. The place was nice and clean. My issue is fully with the property management that I had to deal with. I stayed for two days and on my last day before checkout I was picking everything up including washing a few dishes. I noticed the sink was not draining so I sent an email to them and also called to report it before I checked out. I was told that should be no problem and my hold would be released. When I returned home and looked at my credit card statement, I was charged $148 for a broken garbage disposal. I have been calling them for the past 10 days disputing this charge and demanding my money back. If the disposal was broken it was broken before I checked in as doing a few dishes was not going to cause damage to a disposal. This was also the first time I used the sink as I was only there for two night and ate out each night. Each time I call they say I need to talk to a supervisor but they are never there therefore keep getting the runaround. I have by far never seen a work customer service than I have with Safesecure. Good luck if you ever need to deal with them. "
