There is also a Harris Teeter grocery store five min away. If your a walker/runner it is a nice place for that. The space
West of the Ashley River, 5 miles from downtown, 11.5 miles to Folly Beach, 32 miles to Performing Arts Center and Tangiers Outlets. A 1 mile walk to public transportation, CARTA, bus stop. Avondale is 2 miles away featuring restaurants, yoga studio, sports bars and shops. The Charleston International airport is 9.5 miles away, usually a 15 minute drive.
Located in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood. This newly renovated room and bath features a full length east facing window, private bath with full sized tub/shower, front porch, back yard with dining set and full kitchen with a coffee bar. and Starbuck style espresso and cappuccino coffee maker.

This is a shared space and an assistance or emotional support animal would create a safety hazard as there would be potential issues with the two dogs who live here.

Hostess will be around most every day to help with anything you may need. Because of the popularity of Charleston it is recommend to making reservations early, ( don't wait till you are here), for any activities downtown.

This cozy home is close to lots of amenities (MUSC, Roper St. Francis, Downtown Summerville, Boeing Charleston Southern University) I am located close to the highway for easy access. Downtown Charleston is 18 miles away ,Folly Beach 30 minutes away. The available room will also have a separate den with a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen and living room will be shared spaces accompanied by 2 small friendly dogs and a very kind host. Washer/dryer are shared.

The space
Your space is a bedroom, full bath and a separate room/office space. All of this is on the opposite end of the house from the master. The rental bedroom has a double size bed.

There are 2 dogs in the house. one small and 1 medium. They are friendly and are not allowed in your area.

The space
This is a very mellow space to hang out and with lovely dogs. We tend to be easy going and to have lovely easy going visitors.
our goal is to have a little hostel kind of environment.
Private room with shared bathroom, living room, dinning area. We just had our baby girl 🐥 there may be playpen and such in living room but won't get in the way of your stay , as we stay in a separate space of the house at night.

We have a corgi named Truffle, very friendly and social. He will always greet you and ask you for a pet or two.

We do live in a separated space from our house , so you may not see us as often during this time . But are a message away if you need me for anything

In the house it is me and my fiance living here (in summertime my mom and stepdad visit sometimes), we both work a lot and speak Spanish to each other.

If you would like to be social this is the opportunity to meet some one new but you also have everything you need in your room if you like to stay to yourself :)

Gorgeous family home located less than 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, and surrounded beaches (Isle of palms, Folly beach, Sullivan Island approx. 40 - 50 min); close to the Naval Base. Spacious private parking in the back of the property offers security and commodity even for bigger rides.

You can enjoy most of the common areas in the home including Laundry, Living room, Dining room, kitchen and a spacious backyard with gas and charcoal grills.

Middle room of the house, when you walk in it's the one located on the left, first door on the left. It is furnished as in the pictures; if you request it, we can remove the second bed and add a desk for work.

You are welcome to use the common spaces like living room and kitchen, just keep in mind there are more guest in th house.

Please leave the things as you found them, that includes kitchen utensils, as the living room furniture as well as front and backyard.

I don't live in the property but my dad does, however he is not fluent in English. if you need to discuss something of importance you re welcome to text me or call me directly. If it's something small my dad will be able to help you.

The studio is attached to our family home, where we live with our young children. It features a beautiful modern bathroom, hardwood floors, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Things to know prior to booking:
-Apartment is attached to main home, occupied by a family with young children. The space is apartment style, so you can expect to hear our family during the day ,especially in the mornings. This space is not recommended if you intend to sleep or work in a quiet space during the daytime.
-Apartment has private entrance access, without access to main home for maximum security for both parties.
-The apartment is located on an elevated floor plan. Guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs to access apartment. This space is not handicapped accessible.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It’s only a few miles from historic Summerville downtown! I’ve decorated the main living area with my travels around the world. Please enjoy!
