- "Once I found the right, Sonder on Broughton, it was a breeze. It was nicely lit, secure and easy to get to. parking was a little tricky, but once you got to know the area, you knew where to park and where not to park. Free street parking after 8pm and Sundays were very helpful. The room itself was awesome. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Next-door Neighbors were a little noisy, but with the sound machine that was provided we were able to drown them out. "

There were some remarks I sent to the host just as conditions of items in the house so I wasn’t held accountable for them, as well as some suggestions to improve the experience for the guest(s). Host was receptive to feedback and suggestions for future guests. My daughter left clothing at the property after we had already checked out. I was able to get ahold of the host and make entry to the property after my reservation was completed. He was nice enough to let me go back into the house to retrieve the clothing which I was grateful for since it was a dress to wear to the wedding we would be attending the next day. Location was great. Blocks from the grocery store and within miles of downtown. We kept looking for things to do, places to go and every time we ended up downtown. Parking was available but the downside was the tight space in the alley, getting in the spot just right and getting out. The parking spot is for 2 cars but wasn’t big enough in my opinion. Luckily the guest upstairs didn’t park back there and there was also street parking available if needed. The only real complaint I’d say was the noise from upstairs guests walking across the floor. I didn’t really hear talking or noise like tv/music, but when they walked I could hear it. Overall pleasant stay. "

- "We were in between a hotel and this apartment and we’re so glad we chose this. It was a very comfortable space. It actually rained for most of the time we were in Savannah, so we were happy to have somewhere spacious to relax in. The location is great. We walked through the neighborhood to Forsyth Park and were within walking distance of great places to eat at. The drive to River Street was under 10 mins. It is an older place so it has that old place charm and quirks, but it really did not bother us. The kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded. The brick inside is so dreamy and perfect place to sit and read. The bed and couches were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you’d need. There is a front and back patio which are very nice as well. The host also has great communication and provides guests with all the information needed. We didn’t need to contact them as there were no issues, but they did reach out to ask how our stay was and if we needed anything which was also so nice. Overall, a lovely place in a picturesque neighborhood, close to everything. "
