I think you will like my place! Its decorated like a beach house located in a tropical atmosphere with over 39 large palm trees, & lots of banana trees & thick green grass in the summer. You may see various wildlife that live along the creek bank like Raccoons, turtles, otters & Great Blue Herons! Im close to restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, hospital (<10 min), shopping & FLETC (<3min). St Simons Island is about 15 minutes away & Jekyll Island about 25 minutes. Its a nice "simple" casual place. You have CH&A, full kitchen, washer & dryer, starter coffee, tea, sugar ect , all the basics you need. The bed is queen size, and the blue jean couch is comfortable. Its located on a tidal creek that's about 4' @ high tide & 0' @ low tide. Guests have access to the breezeway connecting the unit to my house where I have a patio table & 4 chairs & a charcoal grill, the hammock gazebo area next to the creek, the area immediately behind the unit w/table, chairs & umbrella & in the unit itself. Any other part of the property is my private area. Theres a wifi lock on the front door. Older established neighborhood with huge moss covered oaks & long winding roads. Its usually pretty quiet, BUT there can be the usual noise because humans live, work & play around here. Theres historic sites nearby, and lots of salt & freshwater waterways if you like boating, crabbing & fishing! Were not a large town, so you can mostly get anywhere in 30 minutes or less. I have a black doggy named Willow who may come by for a visit. She is a very friendly Staffy mix, but if you dont want her company let me know! Discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

***This is a "pet friendly" rental, so if you have allergies to any kind of pets, or are scared of any kind of animal it may not be a good choice for you. I have a friendly dog "Willow" you may encounter in the backyard.
*** PET POLICY: Max 2 pets allowed, and there is a $40 pet fee. Your dog MUST: get along with other dogs (because my dog Willow shares the yard too sometimes). Your dog must be on continuous flea treatment, NOT a meanie or destroyer, & you must clean up their mess outside & their hair inside. PLEASE bring two sheets to cover the couch in bed if your dog he likes to get on the furniture. Take them home to wash.
