I did complained about it and was promised a carpet wash. The carpet wash never happened. I moved my plans twice to accomodate something that most likely was never even booked. And every time I would contact the property I would get the same message that the property would get cleaned the next day. After a week of trying, I gave up. Our car outside the property was tried to break into twice. Really something I feel I paid for that could have been better somewhere else."
