4 bedroom Villa named 'Paradise Found' is located on a lake with privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney!

The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and the family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area.

NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.

NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.

MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordlingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.

CLEANING:The departure cleaning fee will also be required on all reservations and will be applied to each property booked. If a guest is staying more than one month in the same rental unit, the fee will only be charged on the final month. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. If you have not vacated the unit before the cleaning crew arrives, and they are unable to clean the unit, you will be assessed an additional extra night. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.

RESORT PARKING GUIDELINES

1. This bedroom does not come with parking at the house and is ideal for guests who will not bring a car.

2. To enter the resort, we will send you a QR code for your access. To generate your QR code, please send the make, model, number plate, and color of your car to us before your check-in.

3. Do not book with us if you will be bringing a motorcycle, truck, or trailer as you will have problems with parking at the house and in the resort.

4. Parking may be available at the free parking lots in the resort on a first-come, first-served basis and it is not guaranteed.

5. The nearest parking lot is a 9-minute walk away, while the farthest is a 19-minute walk away from the house. You can take a 4-minute Uber ride instead of walking back to the house when parking at the clubhouse.

6. Vehicles with expired registration tags may be towed by resort management regardless when you are parked at the house.

7. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET, GRASS, AND DO NOT BLOCK ANY PART OF THE SIDEWALK WHEN PARKING ON THE DRIVEWAY.

8. Do not park on the sidewalk or on the street for even for "one minute" to grab something from the house. You may park on our driveway to load or offload your luggage from the car. The resort parking enforcement officials frequently inspect the resort and are very quick to tow vehicles that do not comply with resort rules.

9. Please note that if your vehicle gets towed, we do not reimburse towing costs, be very careful in observing parking guidelines to prevent unnecessary expenses and time waste.

The space
You will be staying in a private bedroom with a private bathroom, located on the second floor of my home (stairs required). The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, and storage for your belongings. The bathroom is located just next door and is for your exclusive use.

The room includes a mini fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cutlery, and basic dishware for your convenience.

There is a TV in the room with access to standard Roku offerings and Prime Video. You are welcome to connect your own streaming devices or log into your personal accounts, but please ensure you log out before departure.

Parking: One parking space is provided in the driveway or on the curb directly in front of the house. Please do not block any neighbours’ driveways.

Access: Guests may use the entryway, stairs to the room, their bedroom, and their bathroom only. The kitchen, lounge, dining area, backyard, patio, laundry, and garage are private spaces and not part of this booking.

During your stay, you will also have access to the resort’s shared pool and gym facilities, located a short drive away within the complex. Entry requires the security pass provided to you upon check-in.

The home is in a quiet, secure neighbourhood with easy access to near by theme parks, local attractions, shopping, and dining.

Guest access
Guests have access to their private bedroom and bathroom, as well as the entryway and stairs leading to their room. You will also have access to the resort’s shared pool and gym facilities, located a short drive away within the complex (entry pass provided at check-in). Parking is available in the driveway or directly out front.

While I may not be able to meet you at your check-in. I will definitely be around if you need anything. I do live on the property but my work has me keep a variety of unusual hours. Please feel free to chat if you need anything when you hear me in the house or if in person is not your thing (no judgement here 😬) I will reply to any message sent to me through the AirBnB message system. • Pool and gym: The resort’s shared pool and gym are available for your use with the provided access pass. Please note that opening times vary by season and all posted facility rules must be followed at all times. Guests are responsible for checking current opening hours upon arrival.
