2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and everything you need if you want to cook at home (if we don't have it just ask!) during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed & twin bunk beds. The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Even Cocoa Beach near the US Space Force base and even KSC/NASA weren’t too crowded with tourists, and we went on July 4th Weekend. The outside shower was convenient after being at the beach. There was also a Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Peacocks literally roamed the neighborhood. We didn’t do much downtown, but it looked nice and clean, and this VRBO was close to it. The house itself was just the right size for us. We never felt crammed. It had a nice kitchen and amenities (we used the crock pot). Perfect if you have a kid with advanced needs, where in our case, we had to prepare a lot of the food ourselves. And the internet was good and fast, with a fire stick hooked up to the TV. Lastly, the host was good. She checked in to ensure we got in easily, forwarded check in/out instructions (so that I never had to use the binder in the house), and even answered one of my questions via text about the Internet. Great stay! Would recommend it to other families with kids under 6 years old."

This apartment is the best choice, when you're searching for a clean, modern but beachy apartment. The beach is within 5 min by foot and you also have access to a pool if you like. The Beach Condo is in the the well cared, gated community of the Villages of Seaport. It is located near the Port Canaveral & Cocoa Beach Pier. It offers resort style living. The amenities include, Beach, 3 pools (one is a lap pool), well equipped gym, clubhouse with a deck for weekly yoga classes or watching rocket launches from the north, tennis, pickle ball and racket ball courts, game night at community room, a piano to play at your leisure or just read a book and relax.

The space
The Beach Condo is a 703 sq feet one bedroom one bath corner unit on ground floor with a screened in lanai. It is fully furnished and equipped for a peaceful & comfortable stay. Rocket launches are frequent from Kennedy Space Center and visible from the community. The beach gate is 1/3 of mile walk away. For your convenience, 1 assigned parking is in front of condo. Market & Restaurants are a short drive away.
Electric barbecue grill and small twin sleeping cot and bedding are available upon request.

The full-size washer and dryer is located in the first floor just 3 doors down from the condo and available for your use throughout your stay at anytime for free. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up and keep the house as clean & sanitized as you’d like during your stay.

The house is equipped with a 3 base high-speed mesh network featuring an ultra-fast 1GB speed for your work, distance learning, and entertainment needs. FAQs

Early check-in or late check-outs?
The cleaning and sanitation process is extensive. If possible, early check-ins and late checkouts would need to be organized 24 hours in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $15 per hour.

If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $50 service charge will be applied to your closing cost.

Can we have additional friends/family come over during the day?
Guests are welcome to visit you during your stay with a maximum of 6 people on the premise at any given time. Only the original booking guests are permitted to spend the night. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 7 am.

How many consumable supplies do you provide?
We supply 4 laundry tabs, 4 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 large paper towel roll, 4 trash bags, 8 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. Any additional supplies you may need will be your responsibility to purchase.

The space
The Cheerful 2-bedroom home is perfect for the monthly renter who want's walking access to the beach with a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and even productive remote work. The main bedroom includes 1 queen bed with a dedicated bathroom and shower. Bedroom 2 includes a luxury bunk bed, with full bed (bottom bunk) and twin (top bunk) with extra twin that slides out from the bottom. Our dedicated private workspace is the perfect spot for the remote worker to focus or host video calls. The beautiful greenery wall in the dining/living room is the perfect modern backdrop for photo shoots or fancy dinners!

The space
The house has undergone a total remodel including a new kitchen with granite countertops, two beautifully remodeled full bathrooms, one on each floor, a two story screened lanai with outdoor furniture and an upstairs deck off of the bedrooms with a bistro set to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon happy hour

Bedroom one: queen bed, television, ensuite

Bedroom two: twin beds can be pushed together to make a King. A foam bridge goes between both beds to smooth out the transition and then covered with a king sized sheet.

Living room: large comfortable sectional sofa, 42” television, games and puzzles.

Kitchen: new refrigerator with filtered water and ice, new dishwasher, stove and microwave.
Small appliances include: heavy duty blender (pina colada’s anyone?), toaster oven, a coffee maker, juicer, mini chopper, Belgian waffle maker, coffee grinder and electric can opener. An iron and ironing board is located in the master bedroom closet.

Dinette seats four, with additional seating of four adjustable barstools at breakfast bar.

Upstairs Bath: Bathtub and shower, double sinks.

Downstairs Bath: unusual round glass corner shower, stackable washer and dryer

Outdoor lanai is screened and has a tropical look ceiling fan and comfortable furniture. Even on the warmest of days, the lanai is an outdoor oasis, shaded and comfortable.
Chairs, umbrella and a cooler are provided for the beach.

An outdoor shower is a convenient pleasure when returning from the beach. Wash the kids outside (the water is not heated but is usually comfortably cool) for ease and fun.

Enjoy the ‘adults only’ pool, set in a lush tropical setting, or the family pool where you can also play tennis and pickleball. Tennis racquets in condo)

For your convenience, all linens are included as well as bath and beach towels and a beach blanket. 4 beach chairs a beach umbrella are also provided. A wagon is available to wheel all of your belongings to the beach or pool.

Designated parking for one vehicle and one open spot for a second car.

Unlike the low and high rise concrete buildings, Ocean Woods is special in it's private and tropical feel. Tiki Kove is a family vacation rental not a party house. It is smoke free, and e cig and vape free inside and out including on the lanai and upstairs deck. We are happy to share this special place with you.

**After booking your stay at the Windward West 30, please post your best email address in the chat. You will be emailed a rental information forms that need to be completed within 48 hours of booking your reservation. An online application/background check is also required for $100 per applicant over 18 y/o. Once these items are submitted to the HOA, the final step is a phone interview with the management.
