And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

Even Cocoa Beach near the US Space Force base and even KSC/NASA weren’t too crowded with tourists, and we went on July 4th Weekend. The outside shower was convenient after being at the beach. There was also a Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Peacocks literally roamed the neighborhood. We didn’t do much downtown, but it looked nice and clean, and this VRBO was close to it. The house itself was just the right size for us. We never felt crammed. It had a nice kitchen and amenities (we used the crock pot). Perfect if you have a kid with advanced needs, where in our case, we had to prepare a lot of the food ourselves. And the internet was good and fast, with a fire stick hooked up to the TV. Lastly, the host was good. She checked in to ensure we got in easily, forwarded check in/out instructions (so that I never had to use the binder in the house), and even answered one of my questions via text about the Internet. Great stay! Would recommend it to other families with kids under 6 years old."

Main bedroom has plenty of storage, bedside power outlets, air filtration and oil defuser, along with smart TV.. In addition to main bedroom, an air mattress can be setup in the livingroom!

Kitchen has everything you need and some you will just enjoy!

This apartment is the best choice, when you're searching for a clean, modern but beachy apartment. The beach is within 5 min by foot and you also have access to a pool if you like. The neighborhood is also quite nice. You just can't not enjoying your stay here. We would definitely recommend this apartment and Derek as a host, and would love to return here someday. The apartment has an AC and all the other things you'll need to have a nice relaxing stay. Beachy, cute, and comfy 1 bedroom Patio unit at Royal Mansions. This unit is southern facing and first floor for easy access. Quiet neighborhood, stay like a local! This complex is right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants, night life, and entertainment, but in a local neighborhood so sleeping at night is great with a quiet location! Plenty of space in this patio unit. This unit's occupancy is 5 including children and infants. Unit has walk through to bath area for bedroom privacy.

This is a quiet locals neighborhood. Take a walk on Ridgewood, or rent a bike which they can deliver, and bike down to the pier. This area is quiet, with no bars or restaurants right on top of you, but with plenty of things to do about a mile away. Live like we locals live, and enjoy our 700 feet of private beach!

- "I arrived at the condo at night and the interior was exactly as pictured. So comfortable and included so many thoughtful touches like board games and space/beach themed movies for rainy days. The kitchen had all the gadgets I could want! I could hear the waves from the porch so went on a night beach walk; the beach is literally on the other side of the dunes! I loved watching the sun come up on the beach the next morning (wish I could add a picture). When we went out a little later to set up the umbrella, the beach wasn't crowded at all. The entire week was just as nice. Being able to see the rocket launches from the beach was the cherry on top!"
