The layout of the house includes Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. There is also a pack and play on the property for the real little ones (upon request).

We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.

Though our home is a little secluded, we have fantastic neighbors. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing as you will have tons of privacy on the property. You may feel that you’ve traveled to a different world, but grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses are minutes away. The best of both worlds!

Early check-in is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time.

We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services.

It is 2,200 square feet; a bright, clean, intimate layout with vaulted ceilings. 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Single floor, no stairs, other than one, 3 inch step from the living room into the back two bedrooms. Very comfortable and kid-friendly.

Outdoor Living space has it all: Pool with New 7' Jump Platform (both the pool & jumping platform ladders can be removed upon request for the safety of small children. No diving! Jumping only), Gas Grill, Fire Pit, Pergola with sunshade, dual fans, comfy patio furniture and soft lighting.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and it has a queen bed, 2 additional queen beds in a huge loft (great for kids), ceiling fan, full private bathroom, walk-in closet, wall mounted TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+) and access to the back patio via french doors.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +) and closet.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, floating desk and TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+).

Bedroom 4 has a queen loft and a queen bed underneath. It has a walk-in closet and two fans (one for each bed). It shares an attached, full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5 (has 3 card tables and 12 additional chairs in the closet).

Bedroom 5 is the 2nd largest room in the house with a king bed, ceiling fan and closet. There is also a door to the backyard and patio off of this bedroom. If needed, a single mattress can be placed on the floor or a Pack-N-Play for an infant.

Bedroom 6 is the fully finished garage completely insulated with AC/heat. Two full reclining couches and a 7 foot screen, ceiling mounted projector with sound bar, pool table and dual shot basketball game.

My home can accommodate a total of 18 guests in beds (not counting the couches). Keep in mind that at or near full capacity it can be quite cozy.

Guest Access

You will have full access to everything in the house - high speed wireless internet, Amazon fire TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Refrigerator/Freezer, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig Duo with k-cups and full coffee pot, etc.

In the backyard there is a patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture underneath a large pergola with two ceiling fans, and an above ground pool with 7' jumping platform (both the pool & jumping platform ladders can be removed upon request for the safety of small children. No diving! Jumping only).

Interaction with Guests

I will be able to help out with any problems since I live directly across the street. If I'm not able to help in person, you can always message, text or call me.

The Neighborhood

My home is in a kid-friendly neighborhood that has access to a small lake across the street that is great for fishing or feeding the horses on the adjacent farm.

Getting Around

In addition to being so close to the beaches, downtown Orlando, historic Winter Park, Sea Word, Disney, Universal Studios, UCF, etc. My home is 1 mile away from the 417 highway, Publix and Super Walmart.

Other Things to Note

If you are planning on bringing a pet, it must be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. There will be an extra pet fee depending upon on how many pets and how long the stay.

There are 2 exterior security cameras. The first is by the front door and the second is on the back patio.

This Oviedo House is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that comfortably hosts a family, group of friends, couples or single traveler.

The layout of the house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private master bathroom. One bed room has a queen bed with a full sized dresser. The last bed room also had a queen bed . There is also a pack and play on the property for the real little ones (upon request). We have a pool and it is heated.

We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.

Though our home is a little secluded, we have fantastic neighbors. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing as you will have tons of privacy on the property. You may feel that you’ve traveled to a different world, but grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses are minutes away. The best of both worlds!

This house is close to the expressway so there is white noise during your stay.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time.

We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services.

We come down to florida from New England once a year to visit family. 2 years ago a dear family member passed and gators nest was where we chose then, this year it was so nice to come back to such a beautiful area. Sitting out back in the screened in area listening to the immense amount of wildlife brought us so much peace in this time. The owners are very attentive and even messaged me to make sure we got in okay! I can not thank them enough for opening this beautiful home to us!
