Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place located in downtown Windermere! 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms can sleep up to 20. Across the street, there is a park and only a few minutes is Downtown Windermere which hosts several events and has a weekly farmers market on Fridays. There is also access to many other parks in the nearby area along with easy boat rentals for lake access or guided tours for water sports like tubing or wake surfing.

We have a master bedroom which has a king-sized bed along with a memory foam pullout sleeper sofa for 2 guests. This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, a bathtub with jets, and a walk-in closet. Another benefit of this room is that you will have your own 64" TV.

Next, there is Jack and Jill these 2 bedrooms both connect to a full bathroom in the middle. There are 2 spaces one where you can use the sink and a separate space with a bathtub to shower or to use the restroom. These rooms also have one king-sized bed each and both include TVs.

Finally, there is a room at the far end of the house which has 2 king-sized beds. Along with a connected full bathroom which has a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a TV.

Other spaces in this home include a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

A bar space that is being used as a game room/office. This space has a foosball table, connect 4, and an air hockey table.
Also, there is a full-sized ping pong table.

The family room connects with the kitchen/breakfast area. This space includes a TV mounted above the fireplace and 2 memory foam pullout sleeper sofas that can comfortably sleep 4 guests.

There is also a formal living room when you enter the home and this space is where the ping pong table along with 2 more memory foam pullout sleeper sofas that can comfortably sleep 4 guests. Connected to this space is also a dining room.

Finally, there are 2 patios one covered space in the front and a larger covered patio space in the back yard. This backyard patio is accessible from many different areas in the home. From the master bedroom to the formal living room, the kitchen, or family room.

Guests have access to the entire home at all times except for the garage. There is parking available in the front driveway.

During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.

Renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in a very safe and desirable community. This townhome is across the street from a beautiful pond and very close to a small shopping area (nail salon, pizzeria, ice cream store, coffee shop). This home sleeps four and is fully furnished. Good furniture and well cared for. Beautiful community with access to pool, clubhouse, tennis, walking trails, children's play areas and a beach area (not for swimming). Very close to all the attractions and great shopping.

Kitchen features 42 inch cherry wood cabinets, upgraded granite countertops and eating space just off the kitchen. Brand new wood plank tile floors adorn the entire first floor. Large living room which features doors that lead out to the courtyard area. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size foam mattress. The master bathroom is newly renovated and the master bedroom also features a walk-in closet. The secondary bedrooms feature two twin beds with a beautiful view of the pond.

The townhome features large televisions with streaming services available. Wi-fi is also included. The living room has a bar/work-space area with two chairs and a ledge that is perfect for laptops. The upstairs secondary bedroom has a desk.

Quaint 4 bedrooms 2 bath farm house with modern vibe. Can sleep upto 11 guests. Indoor workout area. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is a lot of space in this property and a very open floor plan. Once you enter the home you will see the kitchen and living room, on your left will be the high end gym equipment and the master bedroom. There are 2 steps going down leading to the space with the gym and as well as another step going into the magnificent and open master bedroom. There is also one step going into the beautiful master bathroom. Our farm has many mango and lychee trees, also avocados, loquats, mulberry and citrus trees. Sleep under the stars and trees in the hammocks.
Universal Studios is 8 miles away, Disney Springs 13 miles, Disney World is 16 miles, and Sea World is 9 miles away. The most popular International drive is 12 miles away.
