3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).

Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.

Beautifully furnished private bedroom apartment over the garage. It is fitted with a queen bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. There's an additional queen sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave. The washer and dryer are also available for use in the unit. We are located ONLY 5 miles from Disney! This is the perfect place for your stay! Take a quick and quiet walk to the coffee shop at the corner or a 10-minute drive to delicious restaurants and fantastic shopping at Winter Garden Village. You can see the fireworks nightly as you stroll through the neighborhood. Are you tired of the parks? Lounge by the community pool, play some basketball or tennis, visit the fitness center, or relax by the lake. Orlando has a TON to offer, and our beautiful apartment in the heart of Windermere gives you easy access to all of it!
