If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

The view was amazing. The dome interior was honestly beautiful. The fur rug was the perfect touch to make it so comfy. We were out in nature so we expected a few bugs inside. We even saw a couple fire fly’s! The bed was super comfy and the location itself was very quiet. No problems checking in and responses were fast if we needed anything. - "Thought the place was exactly what was advertised. Everything was great during our stay. The only negative i would say was not being able to control the air in the unit's. I'm not sure how you go about correcting that but it definitely needed to be cooler at night too sleep comfortably. I ended up staying another night in studio 2 this time. So both studio 1 and 2 were warm at night." - "The place was spotless" - "It's a lovely spot to spend some time with nature. I am not a golfer nor am I one to water ski but, I did enjoy sitting and looking at the water. I arrived after hours and upon arrival, I noticed one of the sliding doors would not lock so I phoned the office using the provided emergency number. Within 30 minutes there were two caretakers on site to fix the door. I grateful for their prompt response and very tired so, I tucked myself in for the night and slept like a baby hobbit. Cover missing on extractor fan in shower. Bleach stains on towels. No pillow protectors. No dish washer as listed in description. Asked to check out at 12.00 noon, states on listing check out 1pm. Kitchen area and shower rom nice and clean. Can't believe no one came to see if all was ok."

If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.

PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.

• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.

• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Farm retreat with lake views near Lakeridge Winery. Mins from Downtown Clermont and Orlando attractions. A 90 min drive to both coasts. Get out and enjoy it all or stay put and enjoy sitting by the lake. Must love animals! Visit the chicken/duck pen, bunny barn or our 4 dogs, free-roaming pig and friendly goat that thinks he’s a dog! Private apt with a full kitchen and sleeps up to 4. Semi-private entrance through a shared garage that doubles as a game room! Pets allowed. No smoking indoors.

The space
Serene tranquility in this home away from home. Relax in an Adirondack chair by the lake, barn or fire pit. Semi-private entrance into the garage leads you into the game room where you can shoot hoops, play billiards, chess/checkers. The door to the apartment is a private entrance up to the second floor where you enter into the open living room/kitchen area containing a futon couch that turns into a bed if needed. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed, but a twin-size blowup mattress is kept in the closet to make a enough comfortable sleeping space for a total of 4 people. All essentials are included and pets are always welcome at the farm!

Guests have access to the game room, yard, barn and the fire pit (guest supplies firewood and accessories). A treadmill and bench press/weights are also available for use in the enclosed front porch. Guests can access the lake, but must get prior permission/instructions before using any of the owner’s water craft.

The space
Our place is so peaceful, you'll have no problem relaxing or partying, whichever you choose. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are tranquil, newly renovated and spacious. We take particular pride in how clean the apartment is. We are confident you'll love it!! :)

It's good to note that a portion of our road is dirt/clay. The road is graded every other week, and is usually pretty decent. :)

Guest access
The door lock is easy to use once you touch it to light it up in the evening. Touch the center button to illuminate, then enter the code and push enter (the bottom button).

There are no shared spaces. This beautiful apartment has a private entry and private yard.

The driveway is used by the host and family to access the back half of the property. Please keep the area in front of the gate clear. Thank you!!

Door code will be provided before your arrival. NO PETS ALLOWED. There's a $250 penalty for bringing animals into the apartment.
