The only suggestion that I would offer would be an improvement in the TV situation. My grandson loves watching kids TV. Something was wrong with the firestick that caused the volume to go up & down on its own. I would also suggest a TV in the bedroom. - "This condo met our needs in every way. We had an extended stay in the area - working with weekends off. It's a short drive to restaurants and stores (approx 15-20 min) but such a lovely area. Reminds me of "old Florida" before the building boom. The condo was completely furnished and beautifully decorated. Wifi and tv worked perfectly. The hosts were receptive and quick to respond to our needs. We felt safe and walked the whole Grenelefe area in the morning and evenings. Moss hanging from the trees, birds, palm trees..very peaceful. Short drive to 27 which is a main artery with stores and restaurants. We are happy we found this condo. We would definitely stay again."

- "Spacious, with nice decor. Nice host answered all questions. Loved that the owner had a discount promo when we stayed." - "Dishwasher broken entire month, front door wouldn't lock automatically, both toilets needed repairs at 1st day( I repaired myself ), screen sliding door to patio came off tract 1st time opening it ( again..I repaired ), dryer vent was almost completely plugged with lint (had to vacuum it out and cleaned lint trap before it would dry clothes , under one bed was a big dried puddle of some red liquid and the sheets and pad had same red stain on them , no bedroom dressers, living room furniture was very uncomfortable, upstairs neighbors were VERY noisy...footfalls made it sound like you were inside a bass drum and flooring creaked above ceiling constantly ( noise until midnight or after ), had to go and buy 2 big fans to try and cover upstairs noise , they threw trash on ground outside our door including cigarette butts. The unit next door was infested with cockroaches and when they sprayed it, we started seeing them in the kitchen. Patio chairs were cheap metal without cushions . Host initially answered messages and calls when we needed supplies but when I sent message requesting a partial refund for problems, she didn't reply or answer phone calls and voice-mail inbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. We actually left a day before our check-out because we'd had enough. Worst rental we have ever had. People in the resort were for the most part were friendly and outgoing."
