- "The property is located in a nice community that's quiet and peaceful. I walked the nearby neighborhood and everyone I encountered was friendly. Property was perfect for me with a surprisingly private rear facing sitting area with a nice view. It is located away/semi-rural so a short 20 min drive to get to stores or restaurants. Typical accommodations regarding kitchen supplies/utensils and trash needs to be driven to the dumpster....not a big deal, just something to be aware of. The TV offered apps and Roku, but I can't proper speak to the service as I am unfamiliar with this style of TV (still living in the cable world). To be clear, the unit only has one bedroom with a full size bed, a bunk bed and a pull out couch in the living room. While the area is peaceful, the neighbors do have some dogs and the walls are a little thin. Not a knock on the owner or the property, just an observation. Even with that, I will stay here again if I have an opportunity. The owner made check-in/check-out very easy and everything was well laid out/explained in a binder found at the property. Really a nice place."

No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.

First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.

Stroller, high Chair and/or Pack'n'Play+ Grills. These items can be rented through various vendors, and we will provide a few rental company recommendations.

Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $35+tax per night. It is recommended between November- May.
We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. There is a 4 night minimum for pool heat charge. An extra call out fee of $25 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival.

Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. FMH is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.

- "Enjoyed our stay. Positioned overlooking the 3 green so we had some good views of some good and not so good shots onto the par 3. House was clean and the manager responded quickly to all questions. I did find it odd that there were no ceiling mounted lights or fans, but figured that the remodeling was ongoing. It only has parking for 2 vehicles but you can park additional cars in the cul-de-sac on Kokomo. Overall would recommend." - "Very clean, bright. Awesome view from the pool area of sunsets. It turned out that they don’t even truly manage the property…tropical paradise does. Do not do business with this rental or any property’s managed by “Kernow”or you could end up like me."

- "We rented home for one week, enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms were large and clean, bed in master was bit soft for my liking, but comfortable. Bathrooms did the job (master good size with double sinks), other two bit small, but did the job. Kitchen was clean and had all required for making dinners, although could use some more cutlery, only 4 settings. Pool was nice, (small tear in screening around pool should be fixed), spent most of our time outside on patio furniture, very comfortable. Backyard view of 3rd hole green was beautiful (course is spectacular, played 2x, great condition, crazy number of bunkers!).A welcome book with instructions for the home was not provided, even though welcome info said there would be. Had to call owner to figure out WIFI password, how to turn pool heater on (paid for it, but wasn't on when got there). Good thing was Abraham answered all our calls immediately, and answered our questions. Air conditioning was pre programmed and couldn't change (house was very cold at night, 64F, but better than it being hot at night).Overall house could use a little bit of attention (air vents show some dirt/grim, pool screen, kitchen table top) but very happy with our stay, and proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses."

- "Maurice is a great host. He & his family were very friendly & kind. Though the suite is attached to their family home, we had total privacy. The place was clean & cute. When I had questions, he answered them,timely. There was an error with the available dates that I had requested and booked, but we were able to resolve the issue, amicably & immediately. The only suggestion that I would offer would be an improvement in the TV situation. My grandson loves watching kids TV. Something was wrong with the firestick that caused the volume to go up & down on its own. I would also suggest a TV in the bedroom. Overall, I would certainly stay there again, and recommend it to family & friends."

- "This condo met our needs in every way. We had an extended stay in the area - working with weekends off. It's a short drive to restaurants and stores (approx 15-20 min) but such a lovely area. Reminds me of "old Florida" before the building boom. The condo was completely furnished and beautifully decorated. Wifi and tv worked perfectly. The hosts were receptive and quick to respond to our needs. We felt safe and walked the whole Grenelefe area in the morning and evenings. Moss hanging from the trees, birds, palm trees..very peaceful. Short drive to 27 which is a main artery with stores and restaurants. We are happy we found this condo. We would definitely stay again."

- "Our stay at this home was fantastic. The pool was just perfect for our family stay and the home was very enjoyable. Hurricane Debby rolled through so we had one day in during our 2 week stay, but it's Florida, weather can change in an instant. The home was very clean, and located within the beautiful Southern Dunes golf course. Played 2 great rounds and the house backs on to the 3rd hole. Kitchen was perfect for us with great appliances. the area is very quiet, with all the amenities within a 5 minute drive. If you are looking for proximity to Disney, its about a 45-60min drive, as you have to deal with the constant I4 traffic which is always horrendous. our recommendation is head West and spend the day in Tampa. the home is centralized to Anna Maria/Clearwater beach and to Daytona/Vero Beaches. Looking at a 1.5hr drive to either. Only issue we had was the pillows could be replaced, but we just went to Walmart and bought a few to use."
