The room was spacious and had kitchen ware so we could cook meals. Prices on incidentals were very reasonable!! Common areas were comfortable with ample seating. Being a new hotel there were a few “fix-it” issues but the engineer was prompt in attending to the matters. Housekeepers were more than willing to provide extra towels and essentials even if we did not need the room cleaned. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating, except for one young lady (Ana?) who worked late afternoon/evenings. She had a care-less attitude and lacked customer service skills. Definitely acted as though the guests were an inconvenience by responding to guests in a snippy voice. She spent a lot of time behind the office door, forcing guests to wait and eventually knock to be served. Everyone else was fantastic, though."
