- "The property is beautiful....just as it is pictured. Huge television in the living room, nice sized television in the en-suite and one of the other bedrooms. I must say that the host was very receptive to every concern we had and addressed those concern immediately. Living Room and dining room furniture was in great shape. Furniture within the bedrooms has a bit of wear and tear...garden tub in the ensuite was beautiful and the pool was a big hit. We would stay at this property again."

Extra activities to do are Southern Hill Farms to pick fresh fruits and sunflowers. Want more fun in the sun? Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs!

The dining area—it’s open to the living room. Here, you'll want to gather around our spacious wooden table that seats eight (8) people. Eat, drink, and map out tomorrow’s adventures here. Or get Uno, Monopoly, and Cards Against Humanity for game night.

Our kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up margaritas or home-cooked meals. This kitchen features elegant white oak cabinets, a gorgeous accent wall, marble countertops, and stainless steel equipment. We also have a coffee pot and ground coffee so you can start your morning right.

Our four bedrooms are peaceful retreats to unwind for the night. And they all come with homey features: windows, ceiling fans, crisp white linens, abstract artworks, and rugs. We have room for 3 cars in our driveway.

PETS
We’re happy to host your small furry friends. We can accept up to two pets, each weighing up to 40 lbs, for a $100 fee per pet and a $200/pet security deposit. All pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pets when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.

Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.

NO SHOE POLICY
We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $3,000 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence.

SMOKING
To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $3,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all guests to come.

SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING
Please note that each home has anywhere from 3-4 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to
protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.

Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.

- "Our family stayed at this house as our son was getting married in the area. There was a slight issue at check-in; however, the host took care of it immediately. The backyard was great for hanging out and playing yard games. Gated mobile home park near Disney. We have a fully remodeled, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, park model. Full kitchen with brand new, full size, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 30 x 12 covered patio. Parking for two cars is available on the lot. This park model is located by the pool and near the bath house and laundry facilities. About 1/2 hour from Disney and other theme parks. About 1 hour from several different beaches

- "We love this place" - "Was perfect for a couple. Laundry facilities are in a separate bldg. Heating system does not work, but some space heaters were provided." - "Had a real nice stay, and will tell family and friends about this place. One bad thing, was not informed through Homeaway about the code to get into the house, had to contact owner. Trying to get ahold of Owner was really hard with Homeaway, didn't speak English very well. But our 4 day stay was good."

This two bedroom one bath park model is located in a gated community which is manned 24/7. It is filly furnished and has full sized appliances in the kitchen, which is well equipped. We supply all of the towels and linens and give you enough coffee, creamer and sugar to get you started. Most soaps and paper products are also supplied to get you started but may not last the entire stay. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a full lower and twin top bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Our place sleeps 5.

The neighborhood is a semi-rural area in the southeast of Apopka. It is located south of Rock Springs and Wekiva Springs. The property is surrounded by a a forest area in its rear and neighbors to the forard and side. The adjacent home also operates a small farm on 0.5 acre as well, and the remaining homes are occupied by quiet, helpful long-term tenants. There is a Winn Dixie supermarketin walking distance, and several local restaurants including our favorite Jamaican restuarant Reggae Riddims closeby.

Guests will access the apartment using the August Lock app, which should be downloaded to your smartphone before arrival. You’ll have full access to your private studio apartment, as well as a shared laundry area and patio outside.

Step outside and enjoy the relaxed country atmosphere! Guests are welcome to explore our small hobby farm, unwind at the bonfire area, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. Though we’re nestled down a quiet dirt road, you're just minutes from major conveniences and attractions:

10 min to Wekiwa Springs State Park, 25 min to Downtown Orlando, 30+ min to Universal Studios & Disney

5 min to shops, restaurants, and local amenities in Apopka. We are near Winn Dixie, Walmart and any restaurants you desire.

Please note: While your studio is fully updated and private, we are still in the process of upgrading other areas of the property. You may see light improvements being made during your stay, but your comfort and privacy remain our top priority.

We have a bear stop by now and then, in the backyard. Guests are asked to use the front entrance for entry and exit at all times, and be mindful of nature around. There are also tortoises and lots of birds - including owls and hawks to keep your eye out for!

You will park in the grass in front of the house and your front door. Public transportation is located on Orange Blossom Trail a few blocks away. Otherwise, a car will be needed for traversing the area.

NOTE: Our home is self-catering. There are starter paper products and laundry items. Refills may be obtained by guests from the nearby Walgreens.

Guest have the option to book Early Check in for $35, if available. Entry time between Noon and 2pm. You may also book extra cleaning services during long stays.

Enjoy staying with our family in our Apopka Guest House. Conveniently located close to Downtown Orlando, Rock Springs and Wekiwa Springs State Park. It's a short drive to Disney, and an hour to Daytona Beach. Our Pool House was renovated for guests with new carpet, flooring, mattresses and linens. We're a law enforcement family living on-site with family pets. It is located in a well established neighborhood with Live Oaks and across the street from a lake.
