Located in a small community, this 4 bedroom, 1900 sq. foot home has been converted to two bedrooms, and an office where a futon can be used for two additional guests. We have a large private backyard, solar heated pool & hot tub for clothing optional sunning and peace and quiet. Pool heating is provided by solar panels that will heat the pool to an average of 75 to 85 degrees in the winter, high 80's to 90's in the summer, December to March, depending on currant weather. Additional heating can be obtained by using propane at an additional cost. Check with the owner for details. The pool uses a SALT system for a "soft" water feel, which is more gentle than chlorine to skin and hair. You'll feel great in the pool and when you get out. The hot tub is also heated by propane, and there is no extra charge for using it.

The home is fully air conditioned, it offers all the comfort you need for great vacation: high ceiling spacious living room with sofas, coffee tables, curved 60" screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and with a relaxing patio by the pool and hot tub. Watch the birds, rabbits, and squirrels play while you enjoy your breakfast or dinner in privacy and comfort. Sit on the bench type lawn swing under the large Oak trees and read a book while the birds feast at the feeding station only a few yards from you. The office has space where you can spread out and get some work done too with free WIFI.

There are two golf courses less than 2 miles away and many others in Clermont 7 miles away. A Publix grocery store, restaurants of all kinds, and other shops are just a 5 minute walk or a very short drive away.

Only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Orlando attractions yet far enough away from the madness of the tourist noise. Have fun here, relax, recharge in Comfort, Peace & Privacy!

We are just 1 mile away from the beginning of the Central Florida bike trail system. This system winds through communities and rural areas to provide miles of walking and cycling use. Parties and large gatherings are NOT allowed at this property. You may have friends and family visit at anytime but large gatherings must be approved and any additional overnight guests will charged to you at $10. per night, per guest. The pool was amazing even though we didn't get to use it because of the cold weather. The neighborhood was very quiet in a gated community. - "The house is in a very nice private gated community. The pool and back yard are wonderful. The views of the woods and lake are amazing. Also great sunsets. We enjoyed the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own showers and toilets. There is also a very cool loft area that would be great for kids to sleep in. The kitchen was nice and had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and cups etc. pretty much everything you need to serve a big group. There is a Publix supermarket 4 miles away and is very convenient to pick up food and drinks. Overall a very nice place to stay for a quiet relaxing vacation. Oh at night you can see the stars due to the fact your away from the city."

- "We loved staying in this house so much we even extended our trip a couple more days. Definitely recommend!" - "We had never been to this area, but it was not too far from Orlando and in a nice quiet area. The house was great and the views were wonderful. Had a few issues with the hot tub heat when we arrived, but a quick call (after hours) and within 10 minutes a pool guy was there to fix. The kids loved playing in the pool and watching all of the boats and water skiers go by! The sunrises over the trees were incredible and while on some busier roads, my husband and I enjoyed walking between the two communities each day. Cable did not work on the TVs for us, but we spent most of the days in the pool so we didn't mind. Grocery store just minutes away was nice and the house was stocked with literally anything you could need. Loved the later check out time and felt like we were staying at a friends home -- it was great!"

- "Place was clean and well organized. Labels on the switches were helpful. Layout of the house was perfect for families. Our family was really happy with our stay. Only recommendation is to clear the front walkway of the moss, because it gets slippery when it gets wet. Also, there are a few wasps nest right next to the doors, but for the most part they didn't bother us! Thanks for providing a good place for us to stay!" - "Very safe and very quiet neighborhood. - "We really liked the home and the privacy that it offered for our family. The home is a little dated and wished every bedroom had a TV bc the adults didn't want to watch what the kids were watching and visa-versa, lol. We manage to make it work. I hope the owners will do some updates to the property in the bathrooms (showerheads and toilets) mostly and add tvs to the other sleeping quarters and I would be really interested in going back to this property again, Overall we had a wonderful stay!!"

- "Following hurricane Milton we found ourselves in need of a place to stay due to flooding. As local residents the location was ideal and private enough to enjoy the getaway. We had two dogs that we needed to find accommodations for as well and with the fully fenced backyard it was perfect. The pool was an added benefit. Split bedrooms, no carpet, and an open floorplan gave us the time we needed to regroup. Management was on top of our questions and requests. Would highly recommend. "

Tired of cramped and dingy vacation homes? Swiss Bliss has you covered! This single story Florida home is airy, open and bright and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living area opens up to a private patio and oversized backyard and is just what you have been looking for! Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and let the peaceful open space wash over you as you feel yourself relax! The home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Swiss Fairways neighborhood.

Once you are recharged, waterskiing and golf are onsite and the Orlando theme parksare located just 30-40 minutes away.

When you first enter Swiss Bliss, you will notice a large well-appointed kitchen with lots of natural light. The living and dining areas are combined for seamless family gatherings. The living area has comfortable furnishings and a smart TV.

There is seating for 4 in the kitchen and 5 at the dining room table. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is an outdoor BBQ grill for you grillmasters out there!

The master (King) bedroom has its own full bath with a walk in shower and two sinks. There is an overhead fan and light to supplement the whole house air conditioning. The master is also a great place to catch up on your reading with two comfy chairs.

The Queen bedroom and twin bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house from the master suite. Both have overhead fans and share a full bathroom with a family tub. The Queen bedroom has a smart TV for your enjoyment. The twin bedroom has a mermaid theme which will delight the little ones!

There is a washer and dryer located in the private garage for guest use. There is also parking for 1 car in the garage, out of the hot Florida sun.

Book a waterski set with one of the private onsite ski lakes by visiting Swiss Ski School or MC Skis. Golf onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge! Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers. Historic Downtown Clermont and the Clermont Chain of Lakes are a must see!

When you enter this lovely 2 bedroom home you will immediately notice the large, oversized yard which provides spectacular sunlight, views and sunsets, but also loads of privacy at the private pool and spa. Enjoy watching the golfers or stroll down to one of private ski lakes and take a waterski set or lesson! You may even catch a local waterski tournament where you can watch world class waterskiers competing onsite! Skiers will really enjoy the "41 off hall of fame" wall which has autographed pictures of all the skiers who have attained this rare feat!

The attached lanai offers the very finest of blended outdoor and indoor living. You'll find a large outdoor dining table which seats 6 as well as an indoor dining table. You'll find comfortable outdoor seating while enjoying the pool and spa or step inside to the beautifully decorated living room to view your favorite TV show. Both areas include sliding glass doors that completely open up to the lanai. This spacious area with the view of the golf course offers rest and serenity to all who visit.

One Queen bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower and updated granite vanity and fixtures. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and is located down a small hallway, just past the 'Wall of 41-off'. In between the bedrooms is located a large shared bathroom with upgraded fixtures, large walk in shower, and lots of towels for private use as well as the pool. One can come in from the lanai to use the shared bath in the hallway if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances and a well-lit island for food preparation. There is a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, range, large refrigerator, and hot pot for your pleasure. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Nearby is the garage where guests can use the washing machine and dryer. If you wish to park your vehicle inside the garage, there is plenty of room to do so.

There is 1 TV located in the living room area with cable channels to choose from. Nearby is a well-lit computer/work desk.

A 9-hole golf course is onsite or golf nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge! Victory Pointe South and Historic Clermont are just 6 miles away. The NTC is only 9 miles away.

RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.

To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

- "The stay at SWISS Vacations was pleasant and enjoyable" - "It will be difficult to provide all the details to this nightmare stay within the limits of this review but I’ll try to hit highlights. Beginning with the incomplete after-hours check-in instructions: arriving at 1:30 a.m. after some trauma & investigating we learned the office location( where the keys were) was not in the same neighborhood as the rental property. Upon opening the property we found a filthy kitchen. Countertops actually had residue running down them, the cabinet faces were dirty & horribly chipped. When we opened the dishwasher the entire unit pitched forward. Naturally we never used it. The hood over the range was a greasy mess with the light housing broken/jagged edges with a bare light bulb exposed. The house is in dire need of upgrades. All the beds were twins shoved together. Each bathroom had one set of decent towels, the others were old & dingy. The swimming pool was unusable the entire visit despite property management sending out a pool service when we complained. They merely used a brush on the pool & added chemicals. It was extremely cloudy & dirty. Not one circulating jet was working, the only circulating water was from the hot tub overflowing into the larger pool. The icing on the cake was finding a live snake in the bedroom Sunday morning…yes we have pictures. The pics online are deceiving , the property is in extreme need of maintenance & repairs."

This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath home filled with classic furnishings can be found on a quiet cul-de-sac with a golf course and private waterski lake nearby. Plan on enjoying peaceful walks, marvel at the sunrise and sunsets and view water-skiers practicing on the nearby Lake Denise. Soak up the Florida sunshine and savor the oversized back garden. This peaceful setting will lure you back again and again.

Enjoy an expansive screened in lanai for a BBQ meal, games or entertaining along with ample outdoor seating for six. Sun loungers are provided. Two additional chairs and table are perfect for your morning coffee or cold beverage after a day at the beach. Book your private lesson with several waterski outfitters or enjoy 9 holes of golf. Be sure to check out the nearby local trails that Lake County offers cyclists, runners and other adventurers.

The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has an island with a sink and seating for two. The adjoining dining area seats six comfortably.

Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers. Historic downtown Clermont is also close by and definitely worth a visit!

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'. - "The host Sue is wonderful and communicative from the start which is great. The property served our purpose for the area which was to visit family who lived a few miles away. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. The house is open and spacious and on the lake as listed with a pool too. The rooms each have a bathroom attached which is great. There are bikes so use in the garage too. Nice touch. Check in was easy and accessible. The property is older and could use a bit of TLC however all items needed were working. Any concerns I had Sue mentioned she would tend to as well. The master and second bedroom have a huge bathtub which we took advantage of which was great for relaxing. TVs in rooms and linens to use. Lastly, it was fun to watch some of the wake boarders and skiers ski by on occasion too! "

Guests will drive down a long dirt road that is framed by flowering trees and then come upon large trees that frame the entrance of the path that ends at our RV. Groveland is a small town with tree and animal farms near Clermont. There is a Shell gas station less than a mile away and many other stores a quick 5 to 15-minute drive away. Although there are attractions close by, DisneyWorld is just 30 minutes away.

By renting them together, you'll have full access to each estate and be able to use all of the games, attractions, and amenities of both!

It's literally like renting one giant, resort-like compound on a huge piece of land w/ two private gates and so much fun, there's no real reason to go out and do anything else during your stay! Both homes are so much alike---yet so distinctly different-- one will have the Pac-Man bedroom...the other will have the Ms. Pac-Man bedroom...Great Escape Lakeside tells a fun story....and Great Escape Parkside continues it.
