Located in a small community, this 4 bedroom, 1900 sq. foot home has been converted to two bedrooms, and an office where a futon can be used for two additional guests. We have a large private backyard, solar heated pool & hot tub for clothing optional sunning and peace and quiet. Pool heating is provided by solar panels that will heat the pool to an average of 75 to 85 degrees in the winter, high 80's to 90's in the summer, December to March, depending on currant weather. Additional heating can be obtained by using propane at an additional cost. Check with the owner for details. The pool uses a SALT system for a "soft" water feel, which is more gentle than chlorine to skin and hair. You'll feel great in the pool and when you get out. The hot tub is also heated by propane, and there is no extra charge for using it.

The home is fully air conditioned, it offers all the comfort you need for great vacation: high ceiling spacious living room with sofas, coffee tables, curved 60" screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and with a relaxing patio by the pool and hot tub. Watch the birds, rabbits, and squirrels play while you enjoy your breakfast or dinner in privacy and comfort. Sit on the bench type lawn swing under the large Oak trees and read a book while the birds feast at the feeding station only a few yards from you. The office has space where you can spread out and get some work done too with free WIFI.

There are two golf courses less than 2 miles away and many others in Clermont 7 miles away. A Publix grocery store, restaurants of all kinds, and other shops are just a 5 minute walk or a very short drive away.

Only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Orlando attractions yet far enough away from the madness of the tourist noise. Have fun here, relax, recharge in Comfort, Peace & Privacy!

We are just 1 mile away from the beginning of the Central Florida bike trail system. This system winds through communities and rural areas to provide miles of walking and cycling use. Parties and large gatherings are NOT allowed at this property. You may have friends and family visit at anytime but large gatherings must be approved and any additional overnight guests will charged to you at $10. per night, per guest. - "The property was exactly as it was described in the listing. Everything was nice, neat and clean. The rooms were very spacious with great closets and updated bathrooms. The pool was amazing even though we didn't get to use it because of the cold weather. The neighborhood was very quiet in a gated community. - "The house is in a very nice private gated community. The pool and back yard are wonderful. The views of the woods and lake are amazing. Also great sunsets. We enjoyed the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own showers and toilets. There is also a very cool loft area that would be great for kids to sleep in. The kitchen was nice and had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and cups etc. pretty much everything you need to serve a big group. There is a Publix supermarket 4 miles away and is very convenient to pick up food and drinks. Overall a very nice place to stay for a quiet relaxing vacation. Oh at night you can see the stars due to the fact your away from the city."
