Plenty of space for our family of 6 and the beds were very comfy. We loved all the different swimming pools and the arcade on our rest days. The only negative which I am a ultra cleaner is our room especially base boards and around the perimeter of each room was very dusty and a little dirty, like they just quickly vacuum main areas and never touch those areas. I spent about 30 minutes vacuuming those areas and mopping which helped a lot. But overall we loved it and will come back in the future."

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a quiet, peaceful vacation.
This studio apartment consists of one large room, a kitchenette, a full private bathroom and a small veranda. It is part of our large home, although having it's own entrance. Therefore, you may hear some noise or smell cooking from other parts of the house. There are video cameras for your safety on the exterior of the house.
The large room has a queen size bed, a small table with 2 chairs, a 50 inch large TV, a standing fan and an overhead fan, several small tables and lamps.
The kitchenette is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, full size sink, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, kitchen linens.

Located at beautiful Johns lake and in close proximity to Clermont and Winter Garden. This property is one half mile from West Orange Bike Trail at Killarney Station. There is a balcony and also the front lawn overlooking the lake. The entrance door has a keypad that will be programmed to the 4 digits of the guests choice. There are guests in other parts of the main house, but only you have access to your apartment.

Other things to note
Park in parking spaces to the left of the driveway. There is only one parking space available. Therefore we can only accommodate 1 car.
Water purification system is operating from midnight to 4am. During that time there is limited water usage. The air conditioning is set at 74 degrees at night and 77 during the day.

Welcome to our secluded away from home. Minutes away to supermarkets, shopping stores, and 25 minutes away from theme parks and nightlife. Approximately 40-minute drive to the Orlando International Airport. We have a dedicated parking area for guests who are traveling with moving trucks, boats, and rv's.
