A little slice of native Floridian paradise. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. This private property located just off the beaten path on a dirt road, lakeside and agricultural. Not far from the local beaches and springs. Floridas famous theme parks are within an hours drive and we are about 4 miles from I-4. We offer free farm fresh chicken eggs with each stay! The property is located on a dirt road, and has a private entrance separate from the main house. The apartment is adjacent to a lake. It is the bottom floor unit of a duplex with a full time resident up top. The entrance is the door located on the left side. The first room is to the left as soon as you walk in, this room currently has a full size air mattress that plugs into the wall to inflate. This room was intended for a meditation/yoga room but can be converted for guests of 3 or 4. In the living room is also a couch. The kitchenette has lots of plug in cookware options. A kuerig is also provided as well as a classic old school fridge/freezer. Washer and dryer are available upon request for long stays, please ask for access. Main bedroom provides a king bed. This is a semi-rural compound property with three separate residences. There are two separate entrances for each and they are separated by thickets of trees and bushes. We have livestock chickens and ducks on the property that occasionally free range. You may see us out on the occasion tending to them and keeping an eye on them. The road may be a bit rough on lower cars and can occasionally have puddles after rain showers. Please note that our property’s water is connected to an underground water aquifer well pump that is ran through a water softener filtration system. This water contains small amounts natural minerals such as sulfur, calcium, sodium and magnesium and is commonly referred to as hard water. As a result of this we provide a shower head filter as well as a water purifier and plenty of water to drink.

This is VERY quiet neighborhood with majority of the neighbors are senior citizens.
with that said this property will probably not ideal place if you have small children.
Also, this is not just pet free. Condo
It’s pet free community so unfortunately I will not be able to have guests even with their service dogs. Thank you for understanding.
