The guest house is on the host's property in a detached garage and the inside is clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The property is only about 7-10 minutes away from Oviedo and restaurants and grocery stores are very close by. It is an excellent pick for anybody who wants to be close to UCF or who wants access to the Disney/Universal parks but without the Orlando chaos. The hosts were very kind and we never felt unwelcomed! Along with this, there are all kinds of animals on the property and the hosts gave us a tour of the animals including horses, bunnies, goats, and chickens. Me and my partner really loved the stay and will be coming back if we want to visit again!"

The condo is very quiet - we never heard any neighbors and it is an ideal location for our family visit to central Florida.
