- "Located in a very nice neighborhood, this apartment got the job done for a quick trip to visit family. Main complaints are that there were no A/C controls in the apartment and it got very warm each night we were there. The only way to get the temperature adjusted was to message the owner through the app and wait for them to reply, which took quite a while. The property also mentioned having a pool, which it did, but we did not have access. The kitchen faucet was loose and a shelf next to the fridge was falling off the wall. There were also no checkout instructions sent so we were unclear on what, if anything, needed to be done prior to our departure. "
