Stunning 2 bed/2 bath ground floor end unit. Wheelchair friendly. It is only a couple of minutes stroll to restaurant, Lake, the beach area and pools. We have made several upgrades since purchasing, and plan to do some more later this year. The master bedroom has a large closet where you'll find extra bedding if needed. The en suite has a large corner bath and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds, large closet and adjoins the 2nd bathroom. The lounge has a new double sofa bed if needed.

You will have access to our private Guest Suite (The Studio) with a smart lock. There is a very comfortable queen size bed, a queen sized sofa bed, computer desk with chair, mini-fridge, microwave, an electric tea kettle (upon request), coffee cups, an iron with a small ironing board, two luggage racks, and TV with an Amazon Firestick to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube, etc.
**PLEASE NOTE** Although The Studio does have a microwave and mini-fridge, the space is NOT set up for cooking with pots, pans and kitchen supplies. Items suitable for light breakfast are provided such as bowls, cutlery, glasses and mugs.

The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, and basic toiletries like bath gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Free WiFi, and free parking on the left side of the driveway. Please, make sure to leave enough space for us to park on the right side.

The Studio does not share any walls with the main house where we live. We only use the pool patio to walk to our front door, which is at the opposite side of The Studio, but - if our guests are in the pool area, will go to our garage from the back . Also, we don't use the pool when we have guests, so it's totally private.

- "We never stayed in this property, I complained and I have an open case about this issue, the maintenance of this property was very poor and I message the host about it, he was willing to refund me and I'm still waiting on that. **Fantastic Condo*** in the heart of the Walt Disney World Resort area is close to all the Orlando theme parks, attractions, shopping, and dining. Gated community 24 hours, clubhouse and recreation center, large pool, hot tub, pool bar/grill, and a separate kiddie pool. It has a lovely lake view and dock where you can fish and enjoy the Florida wildlife. There are tennis courts, an internet coffee shop, a game room, and a business center.
**It is suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.**

Bedrooms:

One of the few in Bahama Bay without stairs 3 BR/2 BA, offering much needed floor space for a handicapped scooter. Fully equipped handicapped master bathroom, with rails and chair.
BEDROOMS AND SLEEP COMFORT:
Master and second bathroom have memory foam mattresses, and super comfy pillows. Kids room has an adorable bunk bed and a twin bed and is Moana themed. Every room has 2 large closets with plenty of storage space. All 3 bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs with cable included. All bed linens, blankets, pillows are supplied.

Bathrooms:

Master bath has a spacious walk-in shower, which is wheelchair accessible and equipped with rails and a chair. 2nd bath has shower stall. All bath linen and beach towels are supplied as well as starter supplies of soap, dish soap, washing machine pods and a hair dryer.

NO STAIRS!

Beautiful apartment, where dreaming has no cost! Spacious, bright and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. This apartment is located near a Publix supermarket, Wawa gas station, CVS corner store and many newly built restaurants. The apartment complex also has a family friendly pool. The apartment is 20 minutes from Disney and 8 minutes to celebration and all town Kissimmee. Excellent location!!

The space
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third room has two twin sized beds. The apartment also has a dining area, living room area and fully equipped kitchen.

Parking is fairly normal, there is a clubhouse at the entrance where any Uber, Lyft and Taxis can meet up for pick-up!
