There is a cute electric fireplace that makes me feel cozy. I could easily stay here with my family for multiple days. I feel so safe with the tall fence that locks. We just added an outdoor fun pool. Our new fun outdoor pool has a children's steps safety blocking ramp but it's the guest's ultimate responsibility to watch their children's whereabouts 100% of the time, 24/7.

Just 3 miles away, we have the new City Sports Complex that caters basketball and tennis courts, a myriad of different children's playgrounds plus a very nice amusement park style heated communal pool and is totally awesome!

I suggest also, doing a search for Rock Springs/Kelly estate park where the Wekiva river flows from an artesian well (you may rent inner tubes from stores to enjoy an amazing lazy river.) Last time I checked it was like $8.00 per carload of people. It's located in the city of Apopka near to "King's Landing" which is another cool place, for real canoeing downstream. Not too far away, there is a quaint city called Mt. Dora...
Closer by, we have the Wekiva State Park as well.

This Altamonte Springs House is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that comfortably hosts a family, group of friends, couples or single traveler.

The layout of the house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private master bathroom. One bed room has a queen bed. The last bed room also had a queen bed . There is also a pack and play on the property for the real little ones (upon request).

We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.

A few minutes’ drive away from Downtown Orlando, Sanford Zoo, a very nice and huge Altamonte Springs shopping mall. Is not too far from: Sanford and Orlando Airport, Seminole Soccer Complex, 20 miles from Boombah Sports Complex, Universal, UCF, Disney, and Legoland among other real cool places to visit like the famous Seminole Wekiva Trail, just a mere few steps away!

In the patio we have a large hot tub within our “huge” covered in-ground pool with lots of furniture to relax (Did I mention the visual privacy for those that don’t want to be seen while swimming)? Insert LOL here!

Enjoy our interior and patio by the pool bars and our exterior large park style charcoal BBQ grill! On the living room, we have a new 82” Samsung and other TVs galore in every bedroom, all over the place. We run high speed fiber optic internet!

The original price covers up to 4 guests, however, many times at the last minute, relatives and friends want to join and be part of your vacation adventure. We are very strict about the number of paying guests. To keep prices at a great value, after the first 4 guests, any extra guest/s must pay an additional fee of $20.00 each per reservation night. The city just opened a new and amazing recreational sports park ideal for children to play. Has Tennis and basketball courts and it caters a new amusement-park-style-heated pool that is just 1 mile (1 minute drive) away. Location: Westmont Recreation Center 624 Bills Lane Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.

This 2,902-sf house was recently acquired and came with a working older pool heater. We tested the heating monster. We ran it for 2 weeks and is not very cost effective. If you want the heater option: After much number crunching, the fee/cost is $85.00 for each day of your full reservation. We are in Florida and note that there is a heated pool 1 minute drive away or you may walk there to stay in shape!
A 5-night stay x $85.00 would be $425.00. We only run it upon special advanced paid requests so let us know!

A half acre gorgeous lakefront property that offers east-facing views of incredible sun rises and moon rises, while the days are filled with a great atmosphere of boaters, water skiing, tubing, and more. Nature lovers are garneted to enjoy the incredible amount of birds regularly seen here including Bald Eagles, Ospreys, Hawks, Cardinals, Blue Jays, Red Wing Black Birds, Egrets, White Pelicans, and more.
The property offers amazing amenities along with the great views and atmosphere. We have kayaks ready for you to explore the lake on! Of course there is a beautiful 8-foot deep pool over-looking the lake (with a child safety fence). If you plan to host a get-together, you're sure to appreciate the large circle driveway which offers ample parking!
This is Florida and it does get hot!! We provide some sunscreen for you to use, and keep in mind the new refrigerator offers filtered water (and craft ice balls for cocktails!) The house itself is ready for you to escape the heat, and enjoy an open living room/kitchen area perfect for relaxing. The large 4K Smart TV on a black wall creates a movie-theater atmosphere in the evenings. Three bedrooms with closets, and two and a half bathrooms offer plenty of places for comfortable living. The laundry room was recently remodeled and we have a brand new washer/dryer for you to use as well!
We absolutely love this property and we're sure you will too! The location takes it over the top, being surrounded by everything you need including: Whole Foods, Publix, Total Wine, AMC Theaters, Cranes Roost Park, Urban Air, the Mall, and tons of dining! If you're headed to theme parks, the property is a stones throw off of Interstate 4. Merge on to I-4 and you're at downtown Orlando in under 15 minutes and theme parks in 30!

SAFETY
We have a safety fence installed around the pool. Please note, drowning is the #1 cause of death among children under 4 years old in Florida. As parents, we take this VERY seriously. If you are traveling with kids, please do not remove the safety fence around the pool, and accompany children in the backyard and on the dock AT ALL TIMES. If you are not traveling with kids, we provide instructions on how to quickly remove the fence and put it back if you would like to do so!
