The house live 5 grown-ups. We will see in the backyard two chickens and sometimes our two dogs. Is a fence that divide the backyard so the pet won't be able to go to your area. They are friendly but we ask to please don't feed them or try to pet them.

Unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool as weather was a little too cold, but did have dinner on the patio. The gas grill had no propane and our request for propane went unanswered. We were sent a detailed list when we arrived including not to throw toilet paper in the toilets. Thank u" - "Upon arriving to this property there was great communication with the host, but the day of arrival I got minimal information. The address the host sent me was different than the address posted on VRBO and both were incorrect. I tried calling and contacting the owner at the time of 4pm check in and did not hear back until 10:30pm. By then I already had to book other accommodations. The owner resent the address that I already went to and was incorrect. It's been over a week and I have yet to be reimbursed for my stay that didn't happen. While trying to report the situation my call to VRBO support was disconnected. A claim was filed but I'm still waiting for my case to be settled."

The air conditioner is central air we keep the temperature at 71°F by after the same maintain doors and windows all the time. PLEASE do not smoke any type of cigarettes, cigars in the room.
