- "Wonderful stay" - "Do you want that old school Savanah feel with a modern upscale feel and finiishes? Then this is your place! What we loved: - all the finishes - all the matresses were comfortable - the washer and dryer - everything in the kitchen - living room fueniture was very comfortable - plenty of towels - fenced in parking - two locking doors seperate main area frlm masterbedroom. This means you can lock the first door to block off one bathroom and the masterbedroom or you can just lock maaterbedroom door and allow rest of the occupants to use the masterbathroom in addition to the front bathroom. - electronic door locks for the unit with keypad - the livingroom chandelier was very pretty - two electric fireplaces - you are like 3 blocks to the nearest fire station - you are like 2 block from the police station - communciation with the host What we didnt love: - google maps, if you do a google streetview the neighborhood doesnt exaclty look like it did. Many of the buildings around it that were is disrepair have been taken down and this house in particular does not look the same. This house obviously wnet theough a massive renovation as has lots of the neighborhood and is not currently reflected in google streeview. Wellnhave saved this property fpr future visits, remeber savanahh is a smaller city so their blocks are much smaller so remember that when booking so you understand that you are closer to getting to river street by Uber or Lyft than you thjnk!"

The history behind the home: Several years ago, my husband and I purchased this home. The previous owners had divided the site into 4 separate spaces complete with separate entries. Our initial thought was to convert the property back to 1 whole space sans the divisions. We however soon found that to do so would involve essentially tearing the structure down and starting over as these renovations would require that we bring the building up to current code. This home is pre- 1970's and because of the nostalgia and charm of the place, we decided to leave it as is for now. Having said this, there are quirks to the property including slower drains, and some nostalgic flooring dating. to the 1970's. We personally. love the. character or the place and hope you will enjoy it as well!

A nice 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Many little quirks. But I didn’t pay for the Taj Mahal. I paid for family time.. Love this place." - "Centrally located. The place was great. - "I frequently stay at VRBO homes several times a year and this was by far the nicest one yet. This place had luxuries I can't claim to have at home. Very high end. The house was better than advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. I had made an error in my date scheduling, thought I had scheduled two nights and in fact only scheduled one, and after contacting the management, it was corrected within the hour. Management responds immediately with any issues that may arise. The house was in a perfect location so that we were able to walk to most places of interest and be able to leave the car in the covered parking spot. The Pirate's House is on one side and Cha Bella is very close on the other with 912 Brew in between All were great finds. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to pamper themselves with luxury and have the convenience of touring the city on foot. We plan to return in the fall when the weather is cooler. Don't miss this one!!"

The best part is there is nothing between you and the beach except our private 90 x 60 ocean front patio (a truly unique feature on Tybee). This is a classic Tybee Beach retreat for the whole family. We are ocean front on Second Street halfway between the pier and the light house.
The same panoramic views of the ocean continue inside the open concept living room area. Sit on the large sectional sofa and watch the dolphin frolic, or gaze out the kitchen window to see large ships and enjoy the view all the way to Hilton Head.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and has room for several cooks. The breakfast bar accommodates six plus a game pub table with 4 chairs offers even more seating-all with that panoramic ocean view! An additional dining table that seats 6-8 is available on the screened porch. (Plus there are ocean front tables and chairs on the patio near the grilling area.)
The three roomy bedrooms have their own charming personality and access to ocean views. The large master bedroom features French doors that open onto a private balcony with a sweeping view of the ocean. A flat screen TV and a large attached bath complete the master suite.

- "Place was in a great location easy to walk to River Street and your the Historic District. The condo was really nice and clean. The only issue I saw was in the main hallway when you get off the elevator there was a bad smell like fog or cat pee it was so bad that we rushed into the unit to not smell it as it made us almost sick to our stomach. The management company was easy to text with and are very responsive great customer service." - "The good: A great property and very clean. Location was perfect for what we were doing. The elevator was very prompt and great for a 4th floor stay. Seating was comfortable and sufficient in living. Unit was very quiet. - "This was the best place we've stayed yet. Close to everything in walking distance to city market or river st. The unit was very spacious, clean, and stocked with anything you might need. The door lock was low battery and we notified the property owner and immediately got a message back that the lock would be fixed asap. The lock was fixed and we didn't even know they were there. Beautiful unit and beautiful area to stay in. Will definitely be staying in this area again."

Sea Sight Villa C is located conveniently on the south end of the island. While staying at one of the Sea Sight Villa condos you will be right around the corner from many of Tybee's most popular restaurants and shops. There are four condos in the Sea Sight Villa building. The historic Tybee Pier and Pavillion will be less than a three-minute walk away from this coastal condo.

Sea Sight Villa C is a two-level island condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living floor level of the condo features an open floor plan, two bedrooms, and access to a spacious covered balcony. The living area has plenty of seating and is located next to a cozy reading nook with a full-size sleeper futon. There is a formal dining table with additional dining chairs located at the dine-on kitchen countertop. An updated kitchen overlooks the living space, making the kitchen the ideal space for preparing meals while still being with your entire vacation group.

The first full bathroom is located in the hallway and is conveniently right next to the two bedrooms located on this floor. Bedroom #1 has a full-size bed and Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.

The entire top floor of the condo is a Main suite retreat with a private sundeck with an ocean view. The suite has a comfortable king bed, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV. The attached ensuite bathroom has a shower tub combination.

Parking for 2 vehicles only. Parking area clearance height is 7ft and 1inch.

- "We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean. The only thing outdated was the carpet and living room sofa. Both could use and update. But it was still a wonderful condo. Whenever we had questions or needed something, the staff was very responsive. The location is centrally located and just steps from the beach, food and shops. My family enjoyed our stay.
