- "Loved staying here. It is one block from the beach which was wonderful so we didn't have to pack a lot to tote there. Very spacious. One recommendations would be to replace the king mattress. It is very worn out and caves on both sides with a lump in the middle. Thankfully we only had 2 people so this wasn't an issue. We ended up sleeping on the queen in the guest room, which was much more comfortable. I would also recommend deep cleaning the washing machine as there is some mildew build up that is visible and made clothes smell funny. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would rent again in the future. Felt very clean as well, which is comforting with COVID. MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review and feedback! - "We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront. Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!" - "The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. - "We loved everything about this rental except the coffee maker. The coffee maker in this unit leaked terribly causing coffee to go all over the counter. We ended up purchasing a cheap coffee maker to use during our stay. The unit was clean and right on the beach and we could walk to great places to eat in Folly. It was was 22 minutes to downtown Charleston for sightseeing. I would stay here again but I’m bringing my coffee maker!" - "Nice layout with plenty of room for our family.
