Exterior: welcoming, small, older home that's a duplex; Villa 5 is entered from the side, the other duplex (villa) has the front porch. Tropical plants and trees in front offer privacy and visual appeal, deck out back has a gas grill, picnic table, cafe table and chairs. Electronic door lock was easy to use, no glitches. Neighborhood and surrounding area for miles was walkable, bikeable, quiet, felt safe, and just a few minutes walk to the beach, but also near shops, grocery stores, restaurants. Interior was very clean, no pet/mildew/smoke odors or animal hair. Decor was very cute and modern, much looked new-ish. Amenities (washer/dryer, clothes soap, bedding, garbage bags, kitchenware, etc.) were plentiful, thoughtful, and quality that made us feel appreciated as guests (even decent toilet paper and paper towels, a rarity in rentals!) Communication with the owner/mgr was timely, friendly, and accommodating. Great choice!"

Private villa beach retreat with four bedrooms located on the second floor and two and a half bathrooms, all freshly renovated. There is a dedicated dining room, office, kitchen, laundry room & pantry, and private living room downstairs. Lounge and watch TV in the Florida room, while overlooking the screened in heated pool.

We are located a mile from the ocean and blocks from Jacksonville Beach Golf Club and local restaurants. We are also five miles from the Mayo Clinic.

The home is set up for family fun. There are smart TVs in every room including the Florida room. We have an electric fireplace as the focus in the living room. Our kitchen was designed to cook and still be part of the action downstairs. The office is centrally located when work needs to be done.

We have a coded entry to make check in and going out while you are here easy.

Your private villa retreat is in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the marsh. Cradle Creek Park is located less than a mile away and the beach is a little over a mile. There are two driveways for off street parking and are located a mile from the ocean and blocks from Jacksonville Beach Golf Club and local restaurants.

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 – 9/15. Spa is not heated during this time. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use the pool and spa at their own risk ***

One of the nicest rentals that I have been in." - "The house looked fairly new and is in a nice location. The fifth room described in the house is super deceiving! It is tiny, has glass doors(no privacy) and has what appears to look like a day bed with another mattress that rolls out from under(definitely perfect for one person as the bed that rolls out is super tiny). Not a room that can be shared and you’ll have to put some bed sheets up to have some privacy. The rules request that You wash the towels before checking out which makes you wonder if they are washed again? Or if this is something they do to eliminate the cleaning process which then makes you question if the towels are actually cleaned."

We encountered neighbors who were full time residents, and they told us that dogs are not allowed there. So, that was awkward. Also, the thermostat had a mind of its own & kept changing the temps. Plus when the a/c is blowing, it’s very loud. Otherwise, we enjoyed it."
