When designing this bungalows interior I searched for only the Best in furnishings for our guests. The art incorporates Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Frank Sinatra, Steve Mcqueen, and James Dean.We are on site managers and customer service is very important to us. No question is too small. There is a sealy posturepedic pillowtop mattress in the master suite with luxurious bed linens. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a pillowtop matress also. The art deco bedroom suites are from Ashley fine furnishings. There is a dual reclining suede sofa in the living room. Also, a glass top dinette that seats three. This bungalow was inspired by, my love of old Hollywood combined with, the old Florida Miami beach art deco district. We located in the residential area in South Cocoa Beach about 450 feet from the beach, about a 90 second walk. We also provide beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. Everything is here for a Great beach vacation! We are just blocks away from downtown. There is a trolley that is, accesible from 13th street and is quite conveniant if you choose not to drive. We are seconds away from a lovely park on the ocean with free parking, facilities and seasonal lifeguards. It is eclectic with an old world feel. Ernest Hemingway was a genius. I have visited his home in Key West many times and brought back fresh ideas for our Villa. It is very secluded here. We are surrounded by, palm trees, poinciania trees, citrus trees and lush foliage. Most of which was taken from cuttings or grown from seeds which we brought back from the Florida Keys. We have a hammock area in the back yard along with a beautiful fountain. More pics are available upon request. It took many years to create this little paradise and I feel so blessed to be able to share it. There is a King size Mahogany Pineapple bed in the Master suite with a sealy Posturepedic pillowtop mattress. This will give you many nights of beautiful dreams. Our beautiful beachside home features six spacious bedrooms each equipped with a Wi-Fi-enabled TV. There are three King rooms, a Queen room, a Bunk Bed room and a Twin room, for a total of 8 beds where up to 8 people can sleep comfortably. Ideal spaces to rest after a long day of enjoyment on the beach. You will also have at your disposal 4 full and spacious bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Speaking of comfort, we can't fail to mention our spacious and relaxing main living room, equipped with a sofa, an accent chair, and a love seat overlooking the ocean. Additionally, it has a large flat screen TV.

Now for the foodies out there, let's talk about the kitchen. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a granite four seat breakfast bar, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware. And also, table seats up to ten people.

The house has a basic supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies; guests are responsible for purchasing/supplying all additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.

For those who love to relax at home, upstairs loft area with ocean views has a 60" TV, an adjoining balcony, large sectional, Foosball and pool table, and a wet bar.

We also have a home theater which has six leather cinema seats, a large projection screen with surround sound, and a PS4 game console.

But for those who prefer outdoor spaces, and also prefer the pool to the beach, our house has a beautiful pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees.

- "We were a group of ten, aged 8 through 70. The house had PLENTY of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball table! We arrived to lousy weather but that didn't stop the kiddos from jumping in the heated pool in the rain with the weather at 60*. We used floats out of the garage and there were plenty of beach chairs, etc for outside fun. The house was immaculate with lots of outdoor seating options. We started every day in the morning sun on the back patios facing the beach and ended the day in the front with kids back in the pool while we enjoyed the sun from the west side. The beach was beautiful with very few people sharing with us. We were able to see the Space Center launch pads and saw a launch lit up and set to go but scrubbed at the last minute (the only disappointment of the week!). This rental suited our needs perfectly and we look forward to the possibility of returning. Cocoa Beach offers something for every age, one of the reasons we enjoy the area!"

The villa is waterfront with a canal in the back. The canal leads to Banana River and the ocean through Cape Canaveral inlet.
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen. The house is stocked with basic cooking gears, plates, cups, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry pods, dish soap and pods are also provided. Sorry due to paper shortage, there are 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen. Please purchase more for your need.
