A private laid back beach bungalow 300 steps from the beach at 13th street in Cocoa Beach! In a very safe area of town, only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars in downtown Cocoa Beach and 10-15 minutes from the Port! It's a private downstairs apartment with a living room TV, kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.
The space
The bedroom has a full size bed (with a foldout couch bed in the living room), dresser, bathroom/shower, with fresh clean towels & linens for your stay. We also have beach umbrellas & access to rental surfboards and stand up paddle boards. The hosts live upstairs so if you need any recommendations or accommodations we are happy to help! Living Area – the living area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, coffee table, end table, ceiling fan, and a 55-inch Roku smart TV including a YouTube live TV subscription. A small counter-height table can serve as a workspace or seating for a quick bite of lunch.

Bedrooms – 1 king and 1 queen bedroom each with a 12-inch memory foam mattress. Each bedroom includes a 43-inch smart TV including YouTube live TV subscription, nightstands, a ceiling fan, a small closet with hanging space and shelf/cubby for storing your clothes or other items, and a luggage rack. A safe is also provided in the king bedroom for storing any valuables.

Kitchen – Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, and microwave. A washer and dryer are also provided under the counters for your free use. Silverware, cutlery, dishes, glasses, and basic cookware are also included. Drip and Keurig coffee makers are also included to start your morning off with that cup of coffee as you sit outside and listen to the sounds of the nearby ocean waves.

Bathroom – the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity plus a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Outdoors Features

Walk out the back door to your private fenced back yard with brick paver patio, outdoor seating, table, and a gas grill. This is a great space to enjoy dinner or your morning cup of coffee while you listen to the sounds of the surf.

Very nice have all the amenities of home and the washer and dryer make it nice to wash clothes and be able to bring less with you and take home clean clothes. The backyard was also a favorite of our with having a nice turf area with outdoor shower to clean the sand off from the beach before you go back inside and having the grill was also a nice addition that allowed us to cook several meals during our stay. Loved that the property supplied a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and backpack cooler for use during the stay and just made it that much less to have to pack or take home. If we go back to Cocoa Beach again this will be our place of stay for sure."

The condo is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You will love the location because you can walk to almost anything from here. Walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier to play volleyball , take a surf lesson, or grab some lunch on the pier. There are also food trucks and sweets as well.

You are also close enough to walk to other restaurants on the beach or many more within blocks of the condo.

The area is safe and there is plenty to do within walking distance. If you want to jump in the vehicle, you can explore much more as well with an easy 10-15 minute drive.

You will have access to the entire condo unit 205, the pool, putting green, and private beach area.

When you arrive at Pier Pressure, you will have your own private parking spot. Grab your bags and walk upstairs to unit 205. Once you walk in, you will be greeted with a professionally designed condo that will take your breath away.

As you walk in, there will be a half bath to your right and the kitchen is just beyond that. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you will need to make all your family favorites. The Kitchen features

We never want a guest to get in late at night and wake up the next morning without coffee. It's a daily staple for many, and we personally know that a morning without coffee just isn't right. We got you covered to get your stay off right.

Once you walk past the kitchen, it opens up to a dining area that seats six, plus bar stools to sit along the bar for an additional 4 seats.

The dining area opens up to a vast living area that has access to your own private balcony overlooking the heated pool with views of the ocean. The living area features many board games and a 70" top of the line Samsung Smart TV with cable so you don't miss any live sporting events or other live shows you want to view while on vacation. From the main living area, it will feel like you are looking out over the pier.

We call the condo "Pier Pressure" because we often wake up in the mornings and enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony. After coffee and some breakfast, we make our way to the beach. We often have great intentions of coming back and making lunch or dinner, but the famous Cocoa Beach Pier often persuades us into walking there instead. The pressure of seeing it every day while on the beach, pushes us to walk over and visit. It has become one of our family's favorite places to eat. We are so often pressured by the site of the pier, hence the name, Pier Pressure. We think you will understand this once you see it.

Two bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs. Both of the bedrooms are very spacious with room to spread out. Both bedrooms feature Premium Vodyssey Sleep system mattresses that are so comfortable, you might not want to get out of bed in the morning. Plus with luxury bamboo sheets covering you up, it makes it very soft and comfy. It's hard not sleeping in your own bed when on vacation, but you won't have to worry about comfort while at Pier Pressure. We got you covered and you won't be disappointed.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with the Premium Vodyssey Sleep system mattress and bamboo sheets, top of the line Samsung Smart TV's with cable included with views of the pool and ocean out your window.

Pier Pressure is one of the few condos that offers it's own private washer and dryer for your use. We all love the sand, but you don't always want to bring it back with you in your suitcase. With your own private washer and dryer, you can wash the sand off so you don't have to do that when you get back home. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for you as well. We got you covered.

The master bath features updated custom tile shower with luxury Soap Box shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with sea minerals and blue iris. You don't need to pack any soaps when vacationing at Pier Pressure, just bring your personal belongings and we will cover the rest.

The second bedroom features a full bed, plus a bunk bed with two full sized beds. There is an additional twin trundle bed under the bunk bed if additional sleeping locations are needed. All the beds have the Premium Vodyssey Sleep system mattresses and luxury bamboo sheets. There is also a top of the line Samsung Smart TV's with cable included. The second full bath has a tub/shower combo with luxury Soap Box shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with sea minerals and blue iris. Again, no need to bring any of those essentials. They are all provided for you.

We love the separation of the bedrooms upstairs and main living area below. We tend to wake up earlier than our children or guests who stay with us and it's convenient to go downstairs and prepare morning coffee with the provided Keurig and supplies. With the separation of the bedrooms, you won't have to worry about waking up others. You can enjoy some morning quiet time before getting started with your day.

Pier Pressure is amazing inside, but once you get outside, there is so much more to see and do. A large heated pool is available to use with pool lounge chairs. The pool features a fence with safety child locks, so no need to worry about your children accessing the pool if they get out of your site.

Just a 60 second walk from the pool allows you access to Pier Pressure's private beach area. Beautiful Cocoa Beach sands and smells fill the air with those amazing sounds of crashing waves.

When you come back from the beach, there are two outdoor showers to rinse everything off so you don't have to worry about dragging sand everywhere. We all love the sandy beach, but nobody wants to bring it back with them.

Once you have had your fill of the pool and beach, you can always grab the provided putter and golf balls and get some practice in on the putting green. It provides great fun for the kids and adults of all ages.

There are also charcoal grills available to be used in the grassy area overlooking the pool and beach if you want to grill out for lunch or dinner...if the Pier hasn't pressured you to grab a meal there.

Indoor Amenities
Each Town Center Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath private unit. A few of the highlighted features include:

Living Area – the living area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, coffee table, end table, ceiling fan, and a 55-inch Roku smart TV including a YouTube live TV subscription. A small counter-height table can serve as a workspace or seating for a quick bite of lunch.

Bedrooms – 1 king and 1 queen bedroom each with a 12-inch memory foam mattress. Each bedroom includes a 43-inch smart TV including YouTube live TV subscription, nightstands, a ceiling fan, a small closet with hanging space and shelf/cubby for storing your clothes or other items, and a luggage rack. A safe is also provided in the king bedroom for storing any valuables.

Kitchen – Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, and microwave. A washer and dryer are also provided under the counters for your free use. Silverware, cutlery, dishes, glasses, and basic cookware are also included. Drip and Keurig coffee makers are also included to start your morning off with that cup of coffee as you sit outside and listen to the sounds of the nearby ocean waves.

Bathroom – the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity plus a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Outdoors Features
Walk out the back door to your private fenced back yard with brick paver patio, outdoor seating, table, and a gas grill. This is a great space to enjoy dinner or your morning cup of coffee while you listen to the sounds of the surf.

We also have a large, grassed backyard where you can walk your furry friends. This area is shared by the four Town Center Cottages. Dogs will also enjoy a visit to the City’s dog-friendly, leash-required beaches (before 9 am or after 5 PM - 4th Street South to 16th Street South).

The space
Each thoughtfully designed two-bedroom unit is your personal slice of paradise, featuring a plush king-size bed, a full kitchen, and a cozy dining space—perfect for enjoying your fresh catch of the day. With speedy WiFi and refreshing air conditioning, you’ll stay as chill as the ocean breeze.

Kickstart your day with a 2-minute stroll to the beach, and we’ve got all the essentials waiting—beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts to make your seaside lounging effortless. After soaking up the sun, wander just six blocks to downtown Cocoa Beach, buzzing with lively restaurants, cool bars, and fun local attractions. Oh, and don’t forget to look up—those rocket launches are a sky-high spectacle you’ll never forget!

You’ll have full access to your private unit and shared outdoor amenities. Plus, our beach gear is ready for you to grab and hit the sand.

On-site parking makes exploring the area stress-free—just load up and head out to discover Cocoa Beach’s many treasures!

Beach Equipment
We provide complimentary beach equipment for our guests to enjoy during their stay. Please note that all beach gear is communal and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask guests to return items after use so everyone can enjoy them. Beach equipment is not guaranteed, so if you have specific needs, we recommend bringing your own. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you have a fantastic time at the beach!

Each unit at The Drift has an electronic keypad and separate entrance, and you will receive your code and instructions prior to check-in!

Welcome! This studio apartment is only 2 blocks from the quiet, white sandy beaches of Cocoa Beach, Florida. This cozy, well-equipped apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a 5 minute drive or less from great food & drinks, and about 10 minutes from our supermarkets and our world famous surf shops. Come and enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer!

The space
The apartment is over my garage and is not attached to the main house but is accessed easily up a flight of stairs. There is no shared space, but my family members may cross paths with you outside during your stay. Although the apartment has no view of the river, our guests also have full access to our dock, riverside seating, and river launch area, so feel free bring your kayak or SUP. We have plenty of safe, storage space available for you so if you enjoy biking, surfing, kite sailing, or boogie boarding, feel free to bring them as well!

Guest access
Guests have full use of the apartment which includes a full bath, large kitchen, and combined living and bedroom area with a full size bed. In addition, a full-size, pull-out futon couch in the living room is available for extra guests and room dividers have been provided for privacy. The property is equipped with ceiling fan and central air-conditioning, TV and Wifi.
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. For driveway parking, please park in the single spot to the right underneath the basketball hoop

Other things to note
All towels and linens are provided, however there is no washer/dryer or land telephone line in this apartment.
Florida's climate and tropical surroundings are very desirable to "unwanted guests" please know this apartment is professionally treated. Bugs, ants, etc. can come in on luggage, shoes, and in grocery items, so should you experience any of these unwanted visitors, please use the cleaning supplies provided to you.

Just one short block from the beach, this cozy and quiet studio offers the best of Cocoa Beach living! Perfect for families, it's located on the peaceful residential side of town in a ground-floor complex.

Spend your days soaking up the sun on the beach, kayaking on the river just a block to the west, or letting the little ones play at a nearby playground less than a block away. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer!

This is a small 350 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bath studio with 1 Queen bed, and 1 Full sized pull out couch.

Guest access
You will get the whole 1 bed 1 bath studio to yourself! You also have access to a public laundry room if you need to do any last minute laundry. The condominium charges $2 per load.

Close to Patrick AFB and downtown Cocoa Beach. Take a Cruise out of Port Canaveral! Orlando Airport is an hour away.. 30 day minimum limit on rental per condominium documents
