We are 6 miles south of Sebastian Inlet State Park and approximately 10 miles north of Vero Beach. Jungle Trail is peaceful bike ride.

Pebble Path is close to the grocery & drug stores. There is great shopping and fabulous restaurants nearby as well.

MORNING: Highly recommend walking (300 steps) to our beach theater at 5-10 minutes before scheduled sunrise to view spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. We have "to go" coffee/tea cups if you need to take your morning beverage for the show. After this amazing visual experience, you could choose to walk to Creperie (Maison Martinque) for the best Breakfast & Coffee choices on the Barrier island.

DAY: Recommend pulling our beach wagon filled with chairs, tent, beach towels, fill up our cooler with drinks/snacks and walk 300 steps to beach to chill & relax. Lifeguards on duty. Restrooms. Volleyball Courts. Showers are available to wash sand off of you. If you get hungry, South Beach Pizza is nearby to pick up a slice of pizza or sub. Great way to spend a day or a few hours on the beach.

NIGHT: Evening hours on our beach is spectacular. We love taking a picnic (or food from Johnny D's (they deliver to Studio or you can walk there) & adult beverage of choice to the beach to enjoy the view and evening ambience. Our sky at dust is filled with beautiful colors. After sunset the sky over the ocean is spectacular with no light pollution - you can see satellites - StarLink satellites, shooting stars and more.

ROCKET launches: nasa.gov Check online to see if this scheduled rocket launch at Space Kennedy during your stay may take place. If so they are great to view from anywhere on our Barrier island.

DRIVE: Studio is located on conveniently on Causeway Blvd just East of A1A with direct access to the Mainland via Causeway/17th Street Bridge. 5 minutes to Publix or Fresh Market Grocery Stores, ABC liquors, TjMax and many restaurants on the mainland.

BIKE: Paddles by the Sea, Chris is the owner. They rent kayaks, tandem kayaks, paddle boards, and offer tours of our lagoon & lessons.
3 hour rentals are approximately $45-$55 for boards & kayaks.

BIKE: Vero Beach is home to the largest professional theatre in Florida and home to the comedy zone. Riverside Theater. Friday & Saturday starting at 6 pm - Outdoor live music entertainment, food & dance area in front of theatre.

- "No surprises. The studio and outdoor surroundings were exactly as we expected based on the information on the site. Fresh muffins awaited our mid morning arrival - which was easily arranged in advance. Following an early morning flight we were able to get some rest right away. The walk to the beach was maybe a 5 minute walk - which we made a couple of times a day - to enjoy the sunrise, and a late afternoon walk. Our family members were able to relax with us in the private outdoor area. Lanette & Kevin are wonderful hostess & host. We really appreciated the items they have available - water, coffee pods, creamer and beach towels, including bath and kitchen essentials. It was all we hoped for, and even more! Thank you!"

Named for its best feature, this Brand New Fully Renovated Apartment with All New Furniture has 2 balconies directly overlooking Ocseola Street, perfect for people-watching, stargazing or just relaxing. Once you park your car, you’ll never have to get back in it! Just step out the door to find yourself surrounded by endless shopping and dining choices. Or if you prefer to see more of Stuart go ride the water taxi! The Osceola’s Balcony is on the second floor. It’s right next to Duffy’s building. This 2 bed 2 full bath 1350 sqft fully remodel suite gives plenty of space to spread out! You are surrounded by restaurants and a block away from the water. You can walk out the back towards the water! Our “OB” has new furniture throughout the suite. The “OB” has 2 great balconies! Our covered balcony gives protection from the sun as the main balcony gives you full view of downtown, which you will enjoy barbecuing on. Each bedroom as it’s on closest and dresser. The master has 2 closets. With 3 TVs (65” in main room) in the suite allows you to watch what you want too! Each tv has is own YouTube live subscription! The kitchen with brand new appliances is fully loaded with 2 coffee makers (one being Keurig) coffee is provided. We have a full pantry for plenty of goodies. We have brand new washer & Dryers in the suite as well. As for the bathrooms we a tub shower and full shower! The suite is full WiFi with at&t. We have made sure everting in the “OB” is done to fullest for you to enjoy your stay with us! There is street parking all around downtown which is 3 hour parking limit 8 am - 8pm. There are designated free parking a couple blocks away. There is a golf shuttle that can take you around town which is right out the front where they park at the circle. There is also a water taxi that you can take to see why Stuart is one of the top destinations for boating! I am available any time! Downtown Stuart As you walk around the beautiful walkways of downtown Stuart, views both natural and historic surround you. Originally built in the 1880s and 1890s, the main streets of downtown Stuart are home to buildings of true old Florida character and charm. Built upon the remains of Stuart’s first railroad stop, the history and the determination of Florida’s pioneers shows through in the personality and style of the buildings. Cast through old Florida oaks and banyan trees, a walk down the main streets of Flagler Avenue and Osceola Street has the vibe of the small, quaint, and coastal town originally founded upon pineapple plantations and railroads. We took the opportunity for pictures and admiration of the architecture and history preserved in the beautiful buildings. Extending behind all of downtown’s main area is a boardwalk over the St. Lucie River, where one can spot dolphins, fish, and oysters. After a meal of downtown’s delicacies and a day of shopping, the Riverwalk is the perfect place to wind down after a day of excitement. A wonderful spot for a stroll, we timed it perfectly to see the sunset over the water, a view that is unsurpassed in beauty. On Sundays from 1-4 in the afternoon, a local concert rocks the Riverwalk with a different band each week. Seating is free, and vendors provide quick snacks while meals at one of historic downtown’s restaurants is always only a step away. Lit up at night, the Roosevelt Bridge stands over historic downtown and the river as the moon stands over the sea. Glowing in a warm yellow, the bridge is the backdrop to gorgeous sunsets and dazzling photos. It is a place to simply admire, where the natural beauty meets architecture on one of what is said to be one of Florida’s most beautiful bridges.

One last note..I am very sensitive to fragrances and had to unplug the air fresheners while I was there. Something that could pose a serious problem to some. I would definitely recommend this place!
