Lovely studio in very nice location. Walk to downtown and drive to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The studio has a kitchenette with dishes utensils, refrigerator, induction burners, microwave and coffee maker. All is there to prepare breakfast and small meals. The studio is small (the size of a hotel room) but has everything need for a nice stay, it has lots of beautiful Florida light.. There are only three other units in the building, so it is quiet and intimate. Jensen Beach is a quaint little town and the location of the studio is the quaintest district located across the street from the river.

The lock on our apartment door would stick occasionally, but the property manager helped us immediately upon our arrival. The Jensen Beach town was quaint and friendly, and we enjoyed a variety of restaurants while we were there. We even had the opportunity to hang around the pool one day when the weather was nice. Renovated 400 square-foot studio. Private entrance and private patio. Features new king size bed, microwave, toaster oven, large mini fridge and coffee maker. Adorable mid-century beachy decor, soft linens and pillows. The large antique furnished bathroom has a claw foot tub, double sink, walk in shower and a separate water closet. A backyard filled with lush tropical plants, edible plants and orchids. Relax by the private pool during the day and soak in the hot tub under the stars, or on a cooler evening, sit by the fire pit.
Note we do live near a railroad crossing (as most houses in Jensen Beach do). This may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. While inside while a train passes you’d hardly know it, you may hear the horn as it passes the gate.
We do live on premise as you may occasionally see us in common areas. There are also security cameras at each exterior door of the property, outside only.

Our free-standing cottages are located on the same property; each with a private entrance and driveway for your comfort and convenience. Just across the two-lane street is our 100+ foot private dock and beach area that can be used for fishing, enjoying your morning coffee with the sunrise, or docking your boat! (Water depth at end of dock is 3ft on average).

Downtown Jensen, with its many restaurants and shops, is only a 5 minute walk or bicycle ride and the Publix shopping plaza, as well as the laundromat, are just a 5 minute drive south. Beaches and boat ramps are less than a 10 minute drive away! A local favorite- Snook Nook Bait & Tackle Shop- is just across the street.

Jammin’ Jensen is a Thursday tradition downtown and offers live music along the main street! Travelers from everywhere love the Jensen Beach area for its fishing, beaches, shops, local artists and food venues.

Our River View Cottage is a spacious studio layout featuring a family room with TV, and queen size bed. The oversized couch could accommodate a third guest. The cottage also offers a kitchen, dining table with views of the inter-coastal, as well as a bathroom. There is also an attached carport. A set of beach chairs and towels are also included!

The cottages’ convenient downtown location doesn’t come without its quirks- the occasional train that passes along the west side of the property may surprise you the first time you hear it, but you might agree…it becomes one of the properties unique and lasting charms.

This studio apartment is attached to the side of our main home in Jensen Beach Florida. It’s a private apartment where you have separate entrance, designated parking for 1 car and a private patio area that is not shared.

The studio has a kitchen with plug in stove top burner (no oven), microwave oven with air frying and convention, coffee maker (with some complimentary coffee pods), a small fridge and sink. There’s dishes for two, if there’s anything special you would like please message us and we will do our best to get them to you. The bathroom has a stand in shower and complimentary hygienic toiletries if needed. King Size bed with extra pillows and blankets if requested. Patio area: 2 beach chairs, an electric scooter and 2 bikes for going downtown and a candle to detour any bugs.

Guests can use the parking on the right side of the drive way for 1 car. The patio area under the carport is kept private just for the guests of our studio apartment, you can store bikes or whatever you would like under the car port.

1. If leaving your pet alone please message us each time. This is strictly in case of an emergency.
2. We are dog lovers but ask that you put a towel down if your dog sits on furniture.
3. If your pet is not potty trained please let us know if there are any accidents so we can have them professionally cleaned. (Honesty is key here)
4. If you need anything for your pet (crate, dishes, leash etc) please use know, we want your pet to enjoy their stay as well.
5. Keep in mind we have two cats that come and go as they please: you may see one of them sleeping under the car port, please be kind to them they are our family. There’s a larger white cat and an older black cat. Both are friendly but not so much to dogs.

Parties & Noise: This is not a party house. Skyline Loft is located in a quiet neighborhood and our neighbors have the right to sleep with their windows open without being disturbed. We need for our guests to agree to be quiet outside after 10pm (11pm on weekends). If you are looking to get wild, crazy, loud and obnoxious, please do not book with us.
