Lovely studio in very nice location. Walk to downtown and drive to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The studio has a kitchenette with dishes utensils, refrigerator, induction burners, microwave and coffee maker. All is there to prepare breakfast and small meals. The studio is small (the size of a hotel room) but has everything need for a nice stay, it has lots of beautiful Florida light.. There are only three other units in the building, so it is quiet and intimate. Jensen Beach is a quaint little town and the location of the studio is the quaintest district located across the street from the river.

Walking distance from the broad walk Indian River side, fruit stand, fish market,sailing center and marina. Children museum is also 0.9 mile , 3 minutes away and it has a children beach. The lock on our apartment door would stick occasionally, but the property manager helped us immediately upon our arrival. The Jensen Beach town was quaint and friendly, and we enjoyed a variety of restaurants while we were there. We even had the opportunity to hang around the pool one day when the weather was nice. Renovated 400 square-foot studio. Private entrance and private patio. Features new king size bed, microwave, toaster oven, large mini fridge and coffee maker. Adorable mid-century beachy decor, soft linens and pillows. The large antique furnished bathroom has a claw foot tub, double sink, walk in shower and a separate water closet. A backyard filled with lush tropical plants, edible plants and orchids. Relax by the private pool during the day and soak in the hot tub under the stars, or on a cooler evening, sit by the fire pit.
Note we do live near a railroad crossing (as most houses in Jensen Beach do). This may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. While inside while a train passes you’d hardly know it, you may hear the horn as it passes the gate.
We do live on premise as you may occasionally see us in common areas. There are also security cameras at each exterior door of the property, outside only.
