We have always been committed to delivering the cleanest vacation home to our guests. If you read our reviews we are very proud of the many comments about how clean we keep our properties. Since the outbreak of COVID we want to assure our guest that the properties are as clean as possible. While we have not had make major changes our cleaning procedures we thought we would detail some of what we do between guests.

All bed liens are changed between guests, our quilts are put in duvet covers to provide an additional level of cleanness and are also washed between guests. Everything including towels are washed in hot water. Dishes and utensils are washed in the dishwasher with hot water and a heated drying cycle. The unit has memory foam pillows since they hypo-allergenic and the cellular nature of the foam is inhospitable to bugs, mold and fungus. There is no carpet in the home and floors are vacuumed and moped, surfaces are wiped down.

The Cottage offers all the comforts of home and benefits of a vacation resort life style. The home sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a trundle bed in the second bedroom. While located on an interior lot the home has a screened in porch that overlooks a green space and is close to bathhouse number 2. The Cottage was renovated including the kitchen and Bathroom.

Please note that we ask guests who stay a month or more to reimburse us for the electricity bill during their stay.

The only pets we allow are dogs. The Condo Association does not permit the following pure and mixed Dog Breeds: Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, German Sheppard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita or any animal of mean or violent temperament. In addition prior to check-in we are required to get copies of current immunization shots certification, including rabies. This is needed to complete the registration process including access to the community.

Nettles Island is a gated resort community with 24/7 manned security that has a private beach with a large heated pool, restrooms, showers and snack bar. Off the beach is a another club house that has large heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, game room with pool table and ping pong, miniature golf, basketball, racquetball/handball tennis courts, shuffle board, horse shoes and snack bar. The island also has a boat launching ramp and a dog walking area that has beautiful water views.

Also located on Nettles Island are a marina, grocery store, hair salon and restaurant.
Nettles Island is located in Jensen Beach Florida in area known as the Treasure Coast. Nearby attractions include The Elliott Museum, Florida Oceanographic Society, House of Refuge, and Sailfish Splash Water Park. Open loft, detached from main house in safe, quiet neighborhood near downtown and beaches. Fully equipped kitchen + washer and dryer and everything you need for a day at the beach. The space is beautiful with nice extras like Behringer Truth speakers (plug and play from your cell phone), 65" Smart TV with cable and over 140 movies on DVD and Blue Ray, lots of games & wireless internet.

THE LOCATION
Walk to all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Jensen Beach, they are 2 blocks away ...4 min. on foot, 1 min. by car. We have the closest proximity to downtown on VRBO.

Full access to side yard. The loft is detached from the main house. Reserved parking space (2 cars max. please)

RATES/EXTRA GUESTS: Nightly rate is for one or two guests only. For more than two guests there is an extra charge of $20 per person/per night, including children. Please put the correct number of guests (children + adults) when booking. If you only plan to have extra guests for part of your stay, please let us know and we will work out an arrangement.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Skyline Loft sleeps 2 guests very comfortably, and 3 or 4 guests comfortably (see "Bedrooms" for description of sleeping arrangement). The recommended number of guests is 4, but in the case of a family with children, it's no problem to sleep 5.

CHILDREN: We love hosting guests with children, but children do count as extra guests. Please count children in the total number of guests when you book. The loft is not appropriate for infants or toddlers (under age 4) due to the steep wooden stairs in the loft.

-"GUESTS OF GUESTS" POLICY: Having someone on the property that is not on the reservation must be discussed and approved by property owner. If approved, we may ask that identities be verified. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking outside only. No smoking inside.

PETS: 1 small dog ok (25 lb. max.). $50 pet fee required (when booking, please click 'guests', then choose PETS,,,YES, then click apply). We also have a small dog who gets along well with others. We have a fenced in yard and we consider it a safe place for dogs. With that said, you must bring your dog(s) at your own risk. Skyline Loft and the owners of Skyline Loft assume no liability to anything related to guests pets, including: any injury to guests pet during escape of enclosure (ie. dog digs under fence or gate is left open) ; any issues involving bites (includes both 'bites to' or 'bites from' guests pets).

We have always been committed to delivering the cleanest vacation home to our guests. If you read our reviews we are very proud of the many comments about how clean we keep our properties. Since the outbreak of COVID we want to assure our guest that the properties are as clean as possible. While we have not had make major changes our cleaning procedures we thought we would detail some of what we do between guests.

All bed liens are changed between guests, our quilts are put in duvet covers to provide an additional level of cleanness and are also washed between guests. Everything including towels are washed in hot water. Dishes and utensils are washed in the dishwasher with hot water and a heated drying cycle. The unit has memory foam pillows since they hypo-allergenic and the cellular nature of the foam is inhospitable to bugs, mold and fungus. There is no carpet in the home and floors are vacuumed and moped, surfaces are wiped down.

The Cottage II offers all the comforts of home and benefits of a vacation resort life style. The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Four can sleep very comfortably with queen beds in both bedrooms. The home is close to bathhouse number 2.

Please note that we ask guests who stay a month or more to reimburse us for the electricity bill during their stay.

All you need to bring is your toothbrush, bathing suits and flip flops.

The only pets we allow are dogs. The Condo Association does not permit the following pure and mixed Dog Breeds: Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, German Sheppard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita or any animal of mean or violent
temperament. In addition prior to check-in we are required to get copies of current immunization shots certification, including rabies. This is needed to complete the registration process including access to the community.

Nettles Island is a gated resort community with 24/7 manned security that has a private beach with a large heated pool, restrooms, showers and snack bar. Off the beach is a another club house that has large heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, game room with pool table and ping pong, miniature golf, basketball, racquetball/handball, pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes and snack bar. The island also has a boat launching ramp and a dog walking area that has beautiful water views.
Also located on Nettles Island are a marina, grocery store, hair salon and restaurant.
Nettles Island is located in Jensen Beach Florida in area known as the Treasure Coast. Nearby attractions include The Elliott Museum, Florida Oceanographic Society, House of Refuge, and Sailfish Splash Water Park. Historic downtowns of Jensen Beach and Stuart provide many additional off island dining and entertainment options. Public airports are West Palm (45mins) and Fort Lauderdale (1.5hours) Miami (2hours) and Orlando (2 hours).
Located in West Palm is the Rapids Water Park and Lion Country Safari. In addition within a two hour drive you can enjoy the theme parks of Orlando, Kennedy Space center and all that Miami has to offer.
