This fantastic modern/retro styled pool home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a king and queen sized bed. It is located in an upscale Hobe Sound neighborhood, near the intracoastal waterway. The family room has a queen size sofa/pop up bed (much more comfortable than a sleeper sofa) and the cabana/game room has Bahama beds (two twin sized beds that fit together like couches during the day). A custom bath features a huge easy access, walk in shower. The terrazzo floors have been restored to their original luster. Each bedroom, the family room, the living room and the cabana/game room have Direct TV and wireless Internet (with 50 inch TVs in the living room and cabana/game room) (5 TVs total). The air conditioned cabana/game room has a 70 inch air hockey table, board games and Wii games (although the ceiling is low for some of the sporting games like tennis). Inside the house there's a wet bar and there is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the pool/patio (feel free to bring your own pool floats).
Outdoors there's a hot and cold water shower to rinse off from the beach, lots of seating and a gas grill, as well as plenty of parking for your R.V. and boat.
The children safety fence around the pool may be removed if desired.
For your convenience we provide bikes, crib/pack-n-play, high chair. The glass items in the photos are easily removed to make the property kid friendly.

This is a single freestanding one bedroom guest home. It is approx. 300 feet from the main house with plenty of privacy. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom with direct TV. We are 2 miles west of town down a private road. There is a great opportunity to see wildlife. There is a washer and dryer. A nice elevated front porch. There are linens for your use. A one car garage that will fit a compact car. We are 4 miles to Hobe Sound beach and 4 miles to I-95. The property is located a mile and half from Jupiter Island, 7 miles from Stuart, less than 30 miles from West Palm Beach, and with in two and half hours drive from Disney World in Orlando.

You can drive or fly to Florida. If you fly,flights are available to either Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach. You can rent a car at the airport or at local car rental locations.

The property is clean and well maintained. The yard is approximately a half of acre. There is plenty of room for some outside yard activities.

Golfing is available in several communities with some professional golf courses close by. If you like to fish, you can surf fish or go Deep Sea Fishing in Stuart, Jupiter, or West Palm Beach. Private fishing guides are just a phone call away.

Several public beaches with life guards are close by. In fact the beach is only a 10 to 15 minute walk if you are into walking.

If you like to shop there are plenty of shopping centers with in minutes of the house.

- "This home appears to have been recently renovated. Beautifully done. Great location only 5 minute drive to the beach. House is very clean beds very comfortable very quiet neighborhood. We were here for a golf event and the home was perfect for our down time." - "We very much enjoyed this property. It has been remodeled and pictures represent it well. We did not do much cooking so I cannot fairly rate the kitchen but did appear to be well stocked. There is not a dishwasher which was no big deal for us. One suggestion is to add a piece of furniture in the bedroom or closet to put non hangable clothes. The location of this property was close to downtown and there were several very nice and reasonably priced restaurants. We visited the “local establishments” and enjoyed them thoroughly. The road where this property is a bit odd in that part of the road needs to be repaired. This street appears to be in the upgrade/rehab stages. The backyard could use some enhancement but we were not there for the backyard as we drove to the nearby beach; which was quite lovely. Overall, this is a VERY nice updated and roomy place. It is one of four units in this one story building and we did not have any neighbors during our stay. Thank you Rick for a nice stay and allowing us to enjoy your property! Looking for a beach break? Located 1.43 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Brand new, immaculate little guest house over our garage. About a 30 minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport. Enjoy walking to the beach. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and a lovely coffee shop. Located off of Gomez Avenue in Hobe Sound, There ARE stairs to get to apartment, so keep this in mind, before booking. There is one king bed, and two twin beds. The guest house is small, 500 square feet, but has everything you need. The host lives on the property, so if you need anything, you can text them, and they will assist.

- "My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Renee's home in Hobe Sound! I am an avid cook and found the home a delight to cook in, well organized, and easy to keep tidy, with plenty of space. We also took advantage of the grill quite often. The back porch and pool were the perfect oasis to unwind at the end of the day, providing privacy while overlooking the stretch of lake out behind the house. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the family of birds come and go in and out of their house in the back as well as the many other beautiful FL wildlife. The community is peaceful and the neighbors kind. We enjoyed taking the tricycles for a ride around in the evenings and used the bike provided when a little more speed was called for. The handyman who helps with projects around the house is easily reached and he and his wife are very kind. The house is beautifully designed and it is worth mentioning how very comfortable the mattresses on the two beds are...also the closet with generous amounts of storage for him and her! Renee made herself available to answer any questions we had and I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to the Treasure Coast and am sure you will enjoy your stay there as much as we did!"

Our space is a ground floor villa. Currently It is listed as a 1/1 but actually has 2 bedrooms.

Situated in a prime location, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Whether you're here for a relaxing beach vacation or to explore the many local attractions, you'll be just minutes away from it all.

If you are looking for a place that is conveniently located close to the beach and downtown area our villa is close to it all.

Centrally located, you will be minutes from Jupiter, Tequesta, Port Salerno and Stuart and a short drive to I95.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed items such as pots, pans and utensils. We have both a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee maker.

One bedroom is fully furnished with a king sized bead and a large walk-in closet.

The other bedroom is currently setup as a work space and den with a large couch. It does and has a full size air bed if you need extra sleeping.
