Plenty area for the dogs to walk around, but difficult to get back in late nights and early mornings . Our code didnt work when went were outside and try entered at the front door. We used our parking code to go back in that way.It would be nice to have key pad at each door along the trail. " - "Gorgeous property, super clean, and well appointed. We had one minor issue which property management made up for when we booked another unit for 2 more nights. Check out was 10 am, door was locked at 9 am, an hour early& we couldn’t re-enter the unit. HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9) There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
10) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

This is on the second floor of a triplex, only accessible by stairs which are steep. With a large front porch (107 sq. ft) Common areas are shared with tenants (laundry, dock, fenced in backyard).
No oven but has a burner plate, toaster oven, and microwave. Quiet area with a walmart right down the road and so many other places close by but we are tucked in a nice quiet spot right on the Banana River.

Private entry way to the stairs to a locked door where the code will be given 24 prior to visit. There is a common breezeway downstairs with washer/dryer.
Enjoy the BarBQ grill which is downstairs on the lawn . and the dock.
