The cottage is located in the backyard of a larger property. Close to restaurants, the beach, and a park with a playground if traveling with little ones! The yard is a shared space but guests are provided their own entrance and outdoor sitting area.

Spotless - bright and airy private studio apartment - located 1 mile from ocean. Detached apartment is located behind the main house, you have a private entry to come and go as you please. Perfect for someone vacationing, visiting Mayo Clinic, TPC or short term work assignment in Jacksonville or the surrounding area. 5 minute bike ride to beach, restaurants and shopping - and we provide the bikes! Unit has separate Central Air Condition and Heating Unit and Controls, you are in charge!
